Does anyone have any suggestions from PCT for meds that RAISE blood pressure?

I am currently running about 105/52 and I am passing out and going dizzy when I stand up. This is just with cialis, nothing else for BP

I could just increase stimulant intake but I would prefer to just increase the pressure, not the heart rate itself.

Midodrine
If you're in the US, u can get it from costplus for less than 9 bucks for a 3 months supply without insurance. You'd need a prescription tho.

It'll cost you more than double from India, but if you email him he can probably get it for you.

Yeah I was on like 12mg of albuterol and 320mg of caffeine and it was still in the low 110s/55ish.

Thank you though, this is both a gift and a curse

I think your doctor should be made aware of your postural hypotension and treat it, but to answer your question, a first line drug for this is Fludrocortisone, which PCT24 offers.

Fludrocortisone is used to increase the volume of blood in people with hypotension so they don't fall over. Once a day 100mcg to start. Takes a few weeks for full effect.

Yeah, he knows, he just doesn't care because I am young, and it beats having hypertension at my age.

Secondary question: I have been looking at my meds, and I realized my Cialis I got was sublingual, and I have been taking it orally. Do you know if there is any physiological difference when it comes to different modes of administration? I would assume sublingual is more powerful due to first pass effects, and would be effective 10-15 minutes PWO. However, the long half-life may not cause PWO admin to be any more effective. Cant find a whole lot of literature due to sublingual not being super common.

Another sleep update:

Decided to try something else and took 300mg of pregabalin, and that shit knocked me out. I took 150 around 1800, and then another 150 at 2100. The second I decided to lay down it was lights out.

Don't recall if you've tried this yet, but Magnesium Threonate has been remarkably effective at improving sleep quality for me, and it seems to be a common experience.

Yes you had mentioned it, I just havent picked it up yet. I am getting rid of my mag glycinate first just because I don't want to waste anything. I will pick it up during my next costco run (I think that sports research sells it?)

Correct. And you can take both forms together. The glycinate works a little differently.

The instructions for threonate recommend one capsule in the morning, two at night.

I add one tablet of glycinate at night, though I'm not sure I'll bother once my glycinate runs out. The threonate is so much stronger in terms of effect, the glycinate may be moot.

Got it, good to know. I will pick some up this weekend then, I think costco is running a sale on all SR products. Any opinions on their W-3 or D3/K2 supps? My last D3 test was in october and was 68 pg/ml (w/o supplementation) As for w-3, I occasionally eat fish so I just never really felt the need.

I'm not a big supplement guy, taurine/magnesium being the notable exceptions, along with a high quality multivitamin. So I don't have an opinion on those.

so what exactly is your "thing"?

I always see people shit on you for not lifting, being small, etc etc.

Do you just have a big interest in pharmacology and enjoy helping others? I feel like there is no real reason to shit on you for that lmao. the best coaches don't play, and most of what you say seems pretty valid (most of the GH quality control stuff is what I have been reading)

I certainly do lift, have a former pro-BB personal trainer I work out with 3x a week, massive amounts of cardio, and not too many guys out there could call me "small" if they were in my face.

I work for myself, quite successfully. Time being mine to allocate, I keep my mind fresh by pursuing any topic that catches my interest in between doing the research my job requires.

In recent years I've focused on anti-aging, longevity, nootropics, and health optimization.

A very small number of losers just talking baseless shit. In every case they've initiated the hostility. Whatever it is that motivates each of them to rabid hatred, at its root is the age old dynamic of stupid men finding smarter ones offensive.

What's your stats man. Would still like to see you start a log, it would definitely be a good one to follow.

I agree with you!

No one prescribed tirzepatide would be considered small.

Have you considered that the stuff you're taking is actually what's causing your bp to drop into hypo territory?..especially Pregabalin?

Imagine taking something that makes you hypo..then taking something else to increase bp to balance it out..

Considering my BP was this low 3 months ago while I was on nothing but Adderall, no, I don’t think that’s what the problem is.

I also took pregabalin for the first time last night (the order just came in), so it wouldn’t be that anyways

Considering Adderall is a potent vasodilator, depending on dose, you're already taking an anti-hypotension med of sorts and still have low BP. Keep that in mind if you ever drop the adderall or switch to an alternative that doesn't contain amphetamine salts, like vyvanse.

Yeah right now im on 8mg of albuterol, 300 caffeine and 10mg of adderall and im at 115/62 with a 61 HR. So it’s a bit better but I can’t be stimulated 24/7 sadly lmao.

I have an appointment next week to get it worked out.

I actually order the Hydroquinone + Tretinoin cream, not sure if that makes much of a difference or how it compares to tazarotene but it was ordered to help reduce dark spots and milia.
Your wife may be interested in Makeup Artists Choice or Platinum Skincare. They both have clinical grade chemical peels. I prefer MUAC because they send out 24h 40% discount codes 2-4x a month. I’ve used their Jessner, TCA, body peel wash, microdermabrasion scrub, and a few others successfully. Had some hyperpigmentation after getting fucking chicken pox at 40 and those peels got rid of all of the scarring. There is plenty of info on learning to do it safely. I’ve used that combo cream before for convenience and it’s fine. Those products work synergistically.

Does it require less than ret? I see that a tube is about 4-5x more than the retinol so obviously it would be more cost effective to use ret, unless the dosages are drastically different
I use it daily as that what was studied for most anti aging benefits and I’m a vain bitch :p The price is slightly more, but buying in bulk saves and I feel like my skin improvement was worth it. I don’t know this vendor’s current price, but all day chemist has 6 .1% tubes for $45 + ship and there’s a new user % off code.
