Ended up getting a refund. I'm fine with waiting, but they offered the refund and I just went with it.
Other people reporting 10-12 days to receive package.
I'll still use them in the future, ended up going elsewhere this time around though.

sorry guys but I have problems with sigma I made an order with rose di peptides on March 25 with destination Italy paid with alibaba on March 26 they sent me the tracking but it was still non-existent and Rose told me that maybe it was blocked in customs so on April 17 they sent me a new tracking but it still is non-existent. what do you think?

Sounds like scam. What are you using to track it? Try track17 (google it).

What does non-existent mean. The tracking number isn’t recognized in ParcelsApp or the tracking hasn’t updated since label was created? Either way 6 days isn’t a lot of time. If the tracking number isn’t recognized after 7-10 I’d contact your sales person and tag Sigma on here with a comment. If the trucking number is recognized but no updates then that’s completely normal. Until it arrives and clears US Customs the USPS tracking or FedEx tracking will not update.
FYI: 1-5 May is a Chinese Holiday and everything will be delayed.

Rumor is a China/US trade deal with a significant reduction in Tariffs and such is around the corner. Hopefully at that point things will at least stabilize and not get worse. Stabilization is necessary for the suppliers to start adapting and coming up with solutions that work better. However, we aren't going back to the 100% optimal environment of the past. Makes me cry, but we have to accept reality. Ordering from China will likely never be like it was. Most I think are now, but some still aren't.

It was a familiar international hub from where the pack started tracking. When i placed my order i told asked bella to tell them to hurry!!!

Id like to report on my experience so far with ssa. I reached out to WhatsApp #, they assigned me a sales rep. Bella reached out to me shortly after. She sent me updated price lists. She was fully aware of the promo that had just been announced. I placed an order same day. Her responses were prompt, the longest I waited was 20 min. But average response time a few minutes at most. This was early morning east coast usa, so whatever time it was there she was on it.
I paid the same day. Sent hash same day. This was 4/15 . Bella sent me a little chubby finger heart emoji thing. Sorry @Dirthand .
On 4/18 she sent me tracking on her own. I wouldve asked maybe the Monday after but didn't have to. Tracking was for once it passes customs. I'm accustomed to receiving a Chinese tracking number, LK or whatever. You use that and you can see when it gets loaded on plane all types of info. I asked if one of those were available. She didn't really understand, just said tracking updates when it passes customs. Which I knew, but I wasn't gonna press her on it. It could be there opsec, who knows.
Tracking showed label created 4/17. Tracking didn't update for a while,but thats expected. With reports these days I was fully expecting maybe 2to3weeks before it even updated. And then it updated on 4/22. And then it said delivered on 4/23.
That's pretty fning fast. Now I said it's preliminary report cuz im at work and can't confirm that it's not just an empty box. Still fast af even it's an empty box. Will report back. Ordered hgh,tirz, reta, hcg.
Unfortunate due to current situation they have to slow things down. I'd order again if it's something I don't need asap. We're talking 8 days from china to east coast usa. Thats a record for me.

Leave it all for a full 7 business days, don't looks, don't check, don't follow.. you'll drive yourself mad.
After 7 days check for tracking number.. it will be there, then sit and wait again.
It won't come any faster being a keyboard bandit on here. Patients is all we can do with China stuff...
Fyi I live in Canada and I can assure you your delivery via mail sucks balls taking 7 to 14 days and your right beside us... lol
China taking 5 to 10 biz days is incredible... 30 days still okay

I ordered march 27th and still no update lol. You guys are lucky ducks. I suppose it’s a blessing in disguise, I could definetly be leaner before I start bulking

Sorry, post above was referring to a domestic order. Had two coming overseas. One just made it, one still hung up.
