If you had to guess, how long would you say that’d stay good once reconstituted?

They say it lasts 28-30 days in the refrigerator at near full potency. After that time the protein structure begins to degrade. Figure 75-80% potency after 60 days and 55-60% potency after 90 days. If your goal is to conceive, I would stay within 30-45 days. IMO, you can push to 60 days if your goal is to just maintain testicular function when on TRT. It’s probably not worth it to push past 60 days. I’ve used both Stan’s HCG and HMG over the last 6 months and am locked and loaded per my semen analysis. My wife believes she is pregnant.. we will be finding out in two weeks! If it’s a boy…. I just might name him STAN!

I was taking 1,500 IU of HCG each week split into daily injections (added to my GH injection). I’ve also took 75 IU of HMG twice a week about two months out from it being go time. I used the YO home sperm test kit that I bought on Amazon for around $100. That helped to verify the swimmers were swimming. For the record, I always took HCG since starting TRT/TRT+.

Pretty modest numbers, honestly. Either your buddy doesn’t respond that well to testosterone, or he timed the bloodwork to avoid hitting a peak.
Do you know which week of the cycle he got the labs done, and how long it had been since his last injection when he tested?

I’m scratching my head at the result. I was at 1279 total test at 180mg/week TRT using test cyp from my clinic on 2/19, on 3/1 I started the 400/200 blast and switched to Stan’s
On 4/9 I got my blood drawn at about 3pm. I did inject that morning at about 6am.
Just in case you think my math is bad, my dosing is as follows every morning:
.23ml cyp (250)
.19ml primo (150)
