Sarmtech website owner gets 2 years in federal prison

So a year or so ago there was an article about the sarmtech website owner getting arrested. Now he was sentenced to 2 years in federal prison. He made $5 million from sales of sarms. He must have been giving out dosing advice to customers because that's the only time they really go after sarm websites because they can legally be sold for research. I know this isn't steroids but sarms are kinda related so I posted it. I would go back to prison for 2 years for $5 million, would you lol?

I see so many random sarm sources adveritising on facebook now. I figured it's "legal"

So according to the law everything has to be reported. How do all these sites exist? You would think it would be easy picking for these prosecutors.
It takes money to build cases that the accused can weasel out of with a good lawyer, a plea deal and a strong plausible deniability argument.
What nails people are usually: documented cases of Dosing advice, not paying taxes on the business, product traceable to seller in the scenario of harm to customer, or shipping prohibited stuff using USPS.
That being said, we are now in weird times where LEO can get away with shading grey areas away into black (if we are to believe all the hype) so, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Same as steroid sellers. The government has only so many resources to go after all of these folks breaking the law. There are not enough resources. God help you if they ever do focus what resources they have on you.
