diet is clean 6 days of the week, mainly chicken, lean pork, whey, sweet potatoes, rice, various vegetables and fruit.. Cereal is my vice haha
Bloods have come back clean after each of my 4 cycles but cholesterol is a family issue so avoiding orals if possible.
Starting weight b4 1st cycle 186 12% bfp
cycle 1 Test, primo 250/50 15 weeks(+12 lbs)
cycle 2 test deca 300/300 14 weeks cut short from illness( hit 225 lbs bodyweight) bloat and fat gain went hard on this cycle; diet was not clean
Cut down to 9% bfp lost a fair portion of lean mass from improper knowledge on how to cut, was only on 200 t/week cruise
cycle 3 test/npp 12 weeks (+8 lbs lean mass w dexa scan) mental sides like crazy
lost weight between cycles

cycle 4 Test primo 600/300 14 weeks +12 lbs
bloods came back on week 8 at 3500ng/dl test and 1100 free pg/mL
