How will the tariffs impact AAS

I know for a fact there’s about to be a LOT of empty shelves and sky high prices on basically every food item. Especially the ones us bodybuilders need like milk, beef, chicken, cheese etc etc. but what about the steroids? Most raw materials for steroids come from China. Wouldn’t that mean higher prices, possibly not having access, etc?

Beef, milk, chicken?

Wow, Dems have scared the shit out of you huh?

Trump fucking us up raw. Whey isolate and creatine prices are through the roof. I'm just ready to run test only cycles at this point. BB becoming an upper class hobby. Most people here are rich boomers so I don't think they care.

Right? I know there's some tariffs going into affect today, I guess that's the word. However, I watched the cabinet meeting the other day, POTUS's first 100 days in office. If you live in the US, you'll more than likely benefit from all of this monetarily. It might take a minute, but I see that. If you are the type that absolutely hates Trump, and that's your right, but if you're that type, you'll have a totally different opinion.

This being said, it looks like companies from around the world are flocking to bring their plants here. So far, 8 trillion dollars rolling in (you read that right--trillion--with a T). I forget the guy's name, but that individual, the one Trump put in charge of the External Revenue Service (ERS) said that they are on track to eliminate the IRS and at some point if this keeps up, there will no longer be a federal income tax imposed on US citizens (likely or not, that would be amazing).

Personally, I don't know how it would affects raws entering the country. That's more than likely going to be something chinese raws manufacturers will rely on for extra income, as US tariffs are already having a HUGE impact over there. During the cabinet meeting, they mentioned this, they said they had cargo ships turning around and headed back. So US tariffs are having a big affect on their economy. This IS business. So IDK, it seems more likely that Xi Jinping will have a "I don't give a shit" attitude toward what goes out of China toward the US. Not saying, they'll continue letting Fentanyl precursers out, but AAS raws ? ? ?

What might affect folks in the US 'receiving' raws might be a concern, and how tough customs become surrounding it. That might be an issue.

@Ghoul has been right about this, and damn we should have listened. Should have stocked up something sick! I'm interested to see how the US responds to a lack of raws. Maybe some folks in the US will get brave and manufacture raws here. ? . ?

Raws will get smuggled in somehow. My point was always that every drug with market demand will find a way, but the days of cheap, easy to acquire. high quality AAS would likely be over. There would be a period of transition as the market recalibrates to meet demand, so there might be a gap in availability. Buying some gear in advance would be cheap insurance for what looked likely to happen.

As it turned out the Chinese themselves unexpectedly decided to get ahead of the drug-precursor manufacturing problem right after the last election. Probably to ensure it couldn't be held against them in the upcoming negotiations.

Now the other shoe has dropped. The end of de minimus for Chinese packs. I don't expect perfect enforcement immediately. However the volume of packs has already dropped tremendously, making dealing with the rest much easier for customs. Much more data in the electronic customs "paperwork" is now required about the pack, making targeting for inspection more effective. Fines are much more severely enforced, "encouraging" shippers to avoid sketchy senders.

I think they'll get better and better at enforcement, but it'll take months or years to get a really effective system in place. The kind that makes the US like the other "no reship" countries.

And of course I'm sure someone, somewhere, has figured out they can get AAS to other countries, then ship to the US from there. Haven't seen that yet, but I'm sure it's coming.

PS: Beef, Milk, Chicken are not imported, nor are the "inputs" that produce them. If anything, exports will be reduced by other countries putting tariffs on them, increasing supply here, and lowering prices.

Bingo! I like that, good info.

I can't add a like to your post or I would. I don't have that feature yet in this part of the forum.

Nailed it.. On both posts. Indeed, people are believing the MSM side instead of doing a bit of research (FYI, I started using Straight Arrow News for info. Just facts).
I believe a lot of people are also conflating the crack down on Fentanyl with the tariffs. That crack down is affecting the access to the China black market of any raw powder, as one can imagine.
Also note, as of the 2nd, China says "door is open" for trade talk.. China blinked (with this news my 401k recovered all of the losses it took in March).
Indeed, there are those who already are making the moves on ensuring the product is still received, at least in the US. I find that Canadians are the most affected by the stuff going on in the US.

China says 'door is open' for trade talks with US

In regards to the comment about AAS's being upperclass, next time you're downtown anywhere and tell me if the rise of cost and scarcity of drugs and tell me if it's a upperclass problem there too? That's fear-mongering.

Cheers,
Larry

Nobody talks about the 401ks and financial shit! Last time he was president all that stuff went way up in value higher than it's ever been and as soon as he went out of office it all dropped and went to shit, that was one of the main things my mother kept complaining about. She's older and has a lot of investments her husband left her, And when Trump was in office everything was booming, as soon as Biden came in, she lost her ass to the point they were trying to get her to sell out. But she held on and now everything is going back up fast, nobody likes to talk about that, everybody's bitching and moaning right now and spreading a lot of fear mongering bullshit, but things were cheaper and and everything was worth a lot more when he was in office. And it's going to happen again, It's already starting, It just takes time it's not the sort of thing that happens over night. He's a businessman and he knows money, and he will make this country wealthy, and the rest of us will be much more financially well off, people might not like how he does it, but who the fuck cares, when he says he's going to do something he does it, and that's not something anybody else can say, everybody else is full of a bunch of empty bullshit promises, They say anything to get into office, And then they don't do a fucking thing, and it turns into a giant popularity contest ,because they are too afraid to go against the grain, they don't want to rub anybody the wrong way, which is exactly what you have to do to get things done. This tariff thing is a tool that he is using to get what he wants, and china will settle and make a deal eventually, they have no choice in the mater, they depend on us financially whether they want to admit it or not, and if they don't we will starve them out .He uses everything like a tool, people think he's doing one thing because they're idiots and can't see the whole picture, he always uses one thing to indirectly get what he's actually trying to do done. He's like a chess player you never know what his next move is unless you're actually f****** paying attention, but he's always three moves ahead of everybody, and If somebody tells him no, he just puts the squeeze to them with something else and forces them to do it anyways whether they like it or not..He constantly stirs the pot, eggs everybody on because there stupid and fall for it every time, and while there all bent out of shape whining about what he did and said, he's actually making 15 other moves behind the curtain, and there just like a dog chasing there tail completely distracted and unaware of what's actually going on. He is a true master at playing the game and everybody hates that, because he always fucking wins. He's a true leader not somebody that just goes along with the flow so they don't step on anybody's toes. If everybody likes you, 9 chances out of 10 you're not doing your fucking job right, nobody ever likes the boss, not if he's doing his job right.

They shouldn't have fucked with him like they did the first time, he was like a fish out of water, he was a businessman not a politician. They played him hard, but they should have known you don't poke the bear, and he's going to eat every last one of them before his term is up, and rightfully so ,they deserve every last bit of it.

Hell yeah! That's the spirit. It's 100% spot on! He's doing so much live, televised as well, it's fucking amazing man. I watched the first half an hour of the latest Prime Minister of Canada and his meeting with Trump. He said he has a huge announcement coming closer to this weekend, it was aside from his meeting, but he said it is going to be the biggest announcement in the history of the USA. I'm on the friggin edge of my seat. I'm thinking it has something to do with the ERS and the disbandment of the IRS and as it all relates to our taxes here. Could be wishful thinking, because I could use the boost, but I suppose we'll see.

You're right about him being like a chess player, or as they say on conservative news, "It's like he's playing 3D Chess, and his opponents think it's a game of checkers." First time around, he had a lot of fight to deal with, even RINOs, nevermind the left that was losing their minds. This time, he picked a really good bunch of people to be part of his cabinet, it's making a huge difference.

Agree.... Agree... No "like" button here. The chess analogy is exact and what I've been feeling for a bit now. I had learned he met with the top people of his new administration over a year ago. He's so far ahead of everyone this time around as he knows, he has limited time.
I'll have to watch the Canadian PM meeting. Will be interesting to see what comes this weekend for sure!

Cheers,
PP

That's why he went with the doge thing first, that was daddy taking back his credit card and the book of blank checks. When you shut the money off you shut the you put the squeeze on the whole corrupt system, now they don't have a bunch of corrupt programs to use political influence as a way to gain unlimited funds. If they don't have money they can't operate, and now he's going after the drugs, whether people want to admit it or not there's a side of our government that's been allowing all these drugs into the country for years and that's how they fund a lot of shit, as well as destabilize the country , It's also a way for other countries to do the same. You don't have to shoot any missiles or bombs, you can slowly poison and kill us from the inside out without ever shooting a shot. Once he shuts that off they don't have an unlimited bank account anymore to do all their nefarious bullshit, It's unfortunate on our end with aas. But it's just a unintended casualty. We have been at a three-way draw with Russia and China since the Cold war, because of nuclear weapons. Mutual assured destruction. If it wasn't for that there would have been another world war decades ago, but if anybody draws their weapon and fires everybody dies and nobody can live anywhere. So that's not how wars are fought anymore, now it's these drugs, and chemicals and poisons, and political nonsense, they're smiling in our faces and killing us in silence, and a big portion of our government was allowing it to happen ,they weren't even trying to stop it ,they were helping it along. All of this crap is unfortunate and things are going to get pretty wild but it needed done, somebody had to do it.

Where I grew up is a perfect example, nothing but God, guns, and the Bible. A bunch of construction workers and farmers, people live in the country and raise children. All we had around here was marijuana and a lot of beer drinking when I was growing up, sometimes we would trip on the weekends with some acid or do a line of Coke here and there when it came around. Now it's a drug infested nightmare everybody's kids are dropping dead before they even hit 20 years old, there's so much crystal meth around It's cheaper than weed, And we have so much fentanyl and heroin coming in from Philly, It went from 20 bucks a bag down to five. It's a fucked up place that's unrecognizable. If somebody else do something to try to stop this shit, we're going to collapse from the inside out and it's already started to happen a long time ago.

I think the best part was 12 hours before the presidency was up, they authorized 3,000 pardons, and they auto sign sleepy joes signature to do it. They knew the gig was up and he was coming for their asses, that was their last ditch effort to save their own asses. But he ain't done by a long shot, he's going to hunt their asses down and gut everything they have.

Nice replies PandaPanda and Mac81! Damn Iol we need the like emojis.

Yep, we're only a little way past 100 days in and things are drastically improving. You're so right about the drugs Mac81. Notice how he offered to bring our military to Mexico and take down the cartels? What does she say, "No thanks." This is how you know she's part of it, she's on the take and doesn't care about her citizens. What a shame . . . There's good people over there and that could have been a HUGE W for them over there. We'll see about that though lol, Trump doesn't hear "No" and just walk away, like he says, "Never say never"

I think the announcement is going to be about the war between Ukraine and Russia, or the one happening with Israel (Damn, I'm looking forward to no taxes--I fall in the category of not making 150K/year, at least not yet). It's good though if they've figured out a way to stop any of the wars going on, that's still a good win.

"God, guns, and the Bible. A bunch of construction workers and farmers, people live in the country and raise children" Yeah man, that's how life should be. It is a real shame all this fentanyl flooded in, same for the other hard drugs as well, it really has an affect on folks. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be big and strong, and having lots of energy; but these street drugs: heroine, meth, fentanyl etc. Just damn, it's so addicting and it all just ruins lives.

Looks like the announcement that’s been hinted at was the trade deal with the UK. I think any pause in fighting in Ukraine is ways off based on Vance’s comments yesterday.

Gdubb184, you're right.

You're right about Ukraine as well. I have little confidence in Zalenskyy wanting peace. I think he's corrupt and was on the take with Biden as we sent over billions. He even said, "I don't even know where half of that money went." How does one lose billions of dollars? I think he should check his bank account. I bet he knows where it went then. I think he thinks, eventually Trump will turn out like Biden, so he's trying to bide his time. Little does he know.

I def believe Zalensky is not in it for anyone but himself. He's petulant child playing war and hoarding the cash.
It is pretty obvious why Trump wanted to push that deal for the natural resources, brings in some payment for the money we spent... and Russia won't mess with stuff that's is US owned.

I'd love to hear from real Ukrainians over there.. not in the US, to hear what they actually think. Not what they're told to say.

I have been wondering the same about the food prices and the prices of goods in general. I have seen some scarcity and shuffling/restructuring but it seems to mainly be with trying to get packs into the country. I don’t think the raws mfg is going to decline nor do I necessarily feel that this is the end of an era I feel like it’s even a market goes down and the next one pops up and opsec changes etc.

@Ghoul may sound like a tinfoil hat wearing loon sometimes, but dude is right about a lot of stuff, seems quite knowledgeable and comprehensively supports his stance/opinions and due to wisdom of experience I take note even when it seems way off in left field lol
