I placed my order based on good reviews and having gone through dozens of comments on this thread. Seems like my order was placed at a similar time that others did where the postal service dropped the proverbial ball.
He seems to be making it right, and I’ve had nothing but positive communication with him regarding the matter. I read about the EO in during the winter, and the contamination of E into C earlier.
It was an educated decision I made, and I’m optimistic it will all come sans issue.

You need really contaminated raws to see what happened in that GCMS...It's more likely its contamination from brewing...What you are saying is however correct, its not worth my time since I wont be buying from this source..Probably wont post here anymore.

Or being cheap… I don’t get why sources re use filters… just use a decimated filter for each compound and toss the old hoses… they are cheap… funny how he claimed bottle top dispensers were for amateurs… but he re uses filtering equipment…

I read the same posts as you, and like you, I made an educated guess. I've been ordering gear off & on for 20 years and from a plethora of different sources. I almost always filter my gear when it's a source I'm new to, or when questions similar to the ones discussed on here arise. I respect the guys that choose not to use sources for the reasons they indicated and I do the same in situations where something I find untenable comes up.
Fastbun is correct, this is a harm reduction forum, and it does make sense that the Test E inside the Test C was from filters not being changed. The only thing with that is wouldn't it then be a more common occurrence with all of Devon's gear? Or, maybe it was an oversight on the part of the brewer -not great and not ideal but this makes the most logical sense. The filter not being changed actually makes more sense to me than the claim it was the raws, like @DevonPharmacy has said.
For now I'm going to do what I almost always do with new vendors and filter the gear when it arrives.

The silver lining of the packs being lost is that if they're found they'll eventually be delivered and you doubled your order. Could be months from now but when they do arrive it's a little like Christmas morning for dudes like us.
Of course there is the possibility that they ordered the stickers but failed to get the packs out of the warehouse, hence the lack of movement when tracked.

There's a big difference between commenting on reputation based on testing, posts, etc. -which is why these boards exist- and telling him he absolutely has to use this source and promoting a source.
