There and to be fair one thread is 90% responses from gay dudes probably from Reddit, hence why I am being persistent until I get the serious answers I want.
Did you crash your E2 by using adex? When was your last bloodwork, numbers from before and after adex?

And what answers did you expect when you asked about symptoms of high estrogen?

Everybody is different and high E affects us different. It's not uncommon for men to feel emotional when estrogen is running wild among other issues. So I don't get your gay part.

Most of the time you will not get the answers that you want, because it will usually be something you don't want to hear.

It's all right to ask around and learn from others, but until you get your own experience you won't really understand.

Back on the topic, anastrozole half life is not long around 2 days, depending on how sensitive you're to the drug and current estrogen levels. Also the dose you took and for how long. If it is slightly crashed then few days until you start feeling better, if you took large dose or took it for a while then it can take about 7 days to feel better.

Personally I have never had to wait long before my estrogen normalizes, but I never intentionally tried crashing it or used exemestane which could make things more complicated at least until settling in on the protocol.

It depends on how much you aromatize and how much gear you're on that aromatizes. It has never taken longer than a day or two for me but I'm on a lot of shit too. If I don't feel like waiting I'll just pin some test base. HCG works too but takes too long.

If it's been crashed for a long time (I've done it)
TOok me 2-3 weeks to recover and feel more energetic. If it was an acute crash then only a few days...
