PH for reconstitution of ARA-290

I am having problems reconstituting ARA-290. I previously had purchased a 6.96 PH bac but that is not working. I recently got my own PH meter and everything I need to make my own buffered bac so that is not a problem. Does anyone know the correct PH I should use? I don’t want to keep wasting these vials.

Did you get it right? I tried to reconstitute it with the bac water I have at home but it didnt work.

Because kisspeptin is on the promo list.
Did someone also have this problem with kisspeptin?
It won't dissolve.

Kisspeptin and ara-290 need basific pH bac water to dissolve
Aod9604 needs acidic one

Try 50:50 with your bac water
It's trial and error..because I dont know what your bac water ph is..lol

No luck, I have tried with NaCl with no bac wáter and even putting the vial in 40° hot water but still doesnt work. I will try to find PBS ..

Get some 8.4% sodium bicarbonate injection water. I used 0.3ml of that in 10mg or ARA-290. Gave it a minute and topped up with 0.7ml bac water and ended up with 1mg:0.1ml crystal clear.
