Running Sustanon 300 and a Test E injections 2 times a week of each.

What was your initial E2 before you started test, what was your dose of test before jumping and what was the E2 before jumping?

That should give you a good idea of how much E2 will convert, now, people feel side effects at different numbers, i have to keep my e2 around 50 to avoid sides, i have a friend on the 100’s without sides.

Tbh I would add 12.5 exemastane with each pin if it is 2x to total 500mg per week. Also I would use one ester test… I can’t see why you are running so many test esters. Then assess bloods after several if no problems arise, or earlier if they do.

People taking 200mg sometimes already need an AI. You should tritate the dose, get bloodwork, E2 in the low 30s. At 500mg some may not get estrogen sides but definetely it will be elevated.

You shouldn't jump in dosages like that. Now that you doubled your dose stick with it, down cause hormonal rollercoaster again.

What are your dosage recommendations for my pct. I currently plan on running clomid or enclo and nolvadex after 9 more weeks. I got arimidex right now.

Nothing major will happen except for unecessary hormonal fluctuation again. It can be counter productive as it will possibly affect your drive, mood and stress your body more. Test just like other steroids and drugs works on dopamine. That's actually one of the reasons people develop addictions to substances.

Next time plan your cycle and ideally taper up if you want to increase the dosage. For example start with 1cc (125mg) then 2cc (250mg) then 3cc (375mg). This way you will have it more smooth and avoid taking AI's from the get go because of all the possible side effects getting in your face.

People want max results fast and we all have been there.

Once you learn that taking more mgs than necessary can cause more unwanted issues and sides while also making you further drift away from your diet and training rather than providing the net results (that actually last). You will then understand that you could have gotten your results with moderate amount instead.
