Regarding bufferd nad+

”Solutions of NAD+ are colorless and stable for about a week at 4 °C and neutral pH, but decompose rapidly in acidic or alkaline solutions.”

If i remember correct i belive it degrades to nadph wich also have anti aging/energy effect

NADPH or NADH?
NADH is the protonated energy-carrier form of NAD+, it is the flip side of the NADH/NAD coin - both exist in equilibrium and this would not be degradation.
Conversion to NADP+/NADPH is more interesting. Both are dinucleotide energy carriers. However, I do not see how this conversion would occur naturally in solution absent of NAD kinase, the enzyme that naturally catalyzes the reaction.
NAD and NADP are dinucleotides not long chain conformationally active peptide chains, they shouldn’t “degrade” the same way as a peptide in solution does, unless the dinucleotides are cleaved to monomers

NADH. this is also sold orally and seem to work great vs nad+ wich do not. Think its a hydrogen verision of nad+ (makes me think of hydrogen water)

Searched, first AI respons

”In an alkaline environment, NAD+ can be degraded into NADH. This degradation process is influenced by the specific pH of the solution.”

Yes, so that is not really degradation. Would be like saying a coin has "degraded" when flipped from heads to tails. NADH and NAD+ are two states of the same molecule

FYI protonated and hydrogenated mean the same thing

I went the patents few years ago as i assumed this must be what the docs in the IV clinics go after and they seem to apply the change is a issue

i’m waiting until i see their own US Domestic warehouse stocked before i know for sure packs are landing. last check in on Friday, they only had Tirz10 available.

Ive traditionally been very happy with Sigma Audley.

Quick, helpful communication, good pricing, fast shipping, transparent shipping.

This last order I placed in late April has just been like pulling teeth. Really slow, choppy communication, slow shipping etc.

I know there was a holiday in there, but im considering sitting on the next order until I see how this one shakes out
