@Ateam2023 Thank you very much for your answers. How do you know I haven't done my research? What is this group for? I just wanted to hear your opinions. Thank you very much!often times hgh exasperates joint problems due to fluid retention, also a cause for cts, the bpc157/tb500 will help with the joints, but what will also help with the joints are some sort of anti inflammatory supplements(turmeric/curcumin) , and also lightening up the excercise that is affecting that particular joint,, ymmv , your asking very rudementry questions though , with some "research" you would have most if not all your questions answered,,
@AlexDavis43 The problem is, I go to the gym in the evening and get home around 10 p.m. I want to eat something after my workout. Everything's pretty late for me. I'll try not eating carbs in the evening. Should I perhaps inject HGH on an empty stomach in the morning? I slept very badly last night. Maybe it's because of the lack of sleep that my blood pressure has risen so high?
Fasting means you have been not eating over a period of time. Could be about 8 hours after your last meal.
I still think A1C is best
yea. thats fair. I just would think its not a good way to show overall BG control as it fluctuates during the day.FBG is easy, cheap, fast, at-home, and DIY. It's the best for that.
ppBG/MTT is a pain in the ass and takes 2 hours.
There are a few companies that make at-home HbA1c kits but this is generally via regular blood tests. I agree it's a good long-term indicator of glycemic control.
Hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp is the best but it's inpatient, takes all day, and I have no idea how a normie would get one.
Thank you for attending my Ted Talk.

why dont you drop hgh down to 3-4iu ?@AlexDavis43 The problem is, I go to the gym in the evening and get home around 10 p.m. I want to eat something after my workout. Everything's pretty late for me. @Ateam2023 Correction! My original IGF-1 level was 217, before I started taking HGH.also, als erstes recherchieren Sie noch etwas mehr, was die Zeiten für HGH und Kohlenhydrataufnahme angeht.
New info: Last night I worked out from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. At 10:30 p.m. I ate 80 grams of rice flour, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, and some fruit from the freezer. I injected 2 IU of HGH and went to bed at 12:30 a.m. I got up at 8:30 a.m. and checked my blood sugar at 9:00 a.m., and this time it was 122.
So I'm starting to get worried!
Follow what @AlexDavis43 said and stop taking GH, If it returns to baseline then you have your culprit. Should you wish to continue after stopping, watch for same signs/symptoms. If they recur and you still want to continue, you might want to consider all the options, like glucose metabolism meds, Diet change or even changing timing of your dose.@Ateam2023 Correction! My original IGF-1 level was 217, before I started taking HGH.
What's a good dihydroberberine brand to take? Also can anyone recommend a good affordable glucose tester? My fasted glucose was 111 on 5iu gh. I didn't take the hgh the night before the test. I have been sloppy sometimes taking the hgh right after a snack before bed. Thanks.
Thanks what dose do you recommend and how long to see results?Look for the branded ingredient: GlucoVantage (it's dihydroberberine)
Any product that has GlucoVantage says it clearly on the bottle
For glucometers, Nova Max and Precision Xtra are cool because if you ever want to test ketones, they do that too
Thanks what dose do you recommend and how long to see results?
