India and UAE packs use airmail, You're correct that China uses containers and logistics companies. That's how they managed to have a much lower seizure rate than India lately.

I haven’t been on the forms much lately, so pct is using a different shipping method than container?

Also, the packs that arrived didn’t appear to go through customs, but only contained bp/cholesterol meds. The pack that’s hung up contains other ancillaries but does contain mesterolone which is controlled in the US.

It's not abnormal to be delayed by that amount of time and still move through to delivery.

99% of international packs bypass customs altogether, with only select loads actually going into customs for physical processing. They're chosen based on a risk algorithm that uses the electronic dated transmitted to CBP in advance of arrival with detail including sender/recipient, declared contents, etc. Whether and how long it sits there, and how closely its looked at is luck of the draw. If it has controlled drugs and inspected it'll be seized and you'll get a letter without any particular consequence (except for trusted traveller programs like Global Entry or Nexus and possibly selection for a little more border scrutiny when reentering the US.).

If it's inspected and no signs of controlled drugs, it'll either be handed to the FDA for inspection (and seizure) with a slightly different letter without any consequences. The FDA can only inspect a small percent of packs, so often they'll be released without further through after an extended delay,

Either way a seizure will trigger a replacement from PC24 which will very likely get through. Your address isn't "burned" after a seizure.

It's throwing out random packages to different places, hoping it ends up using a different route or going to a different distribution center.
