I can't see how that "leave the needle in" works for leaking. If you think of it, it makes no sense.. No one in the medical field is keeping a needle in after they finish with injection. By keeping it in you're just dabbling with excess damage due to higher risk of whole syringe moving back and forth.

Also, i tried it twice just to for the sake of experience and i still had leaking, so it's a no no for me. Now, i think op is overreacting by saying it came all back, it's probably 2-3 drops, there's no way this could happen.

Your muscle starts to take in the oil, pinning quickly and pulling out could possibly cause a reverse suction.

Just my thoughts, I’ve done this for 7 years never had leakage and also I massage the site with an alcohol pad after I pull out for 15 secs to. Never has pip.

If you tried multiple times doing it without leaving the needle in and noticed leaking, then i can hear it.. otherwise it still doesn't make sense. I tried both ways and i have some minor leaking no matter what.

This could make sense with a fat needle like 16G which digs a big hole but with 25 and even 29G in my case it's so tiny that it seems quite impossible to cause a reverse suction.

Just my train of thoughts , I'm not saying you're 100% wrong. I'm speaking from my own experience.

i injected my delt today with 1 ml using 25 g and i immediately pulled the needle out and waited, ,, and waited, ,, then a tiny little blood droplet appeared , so this has got to be user error for sure and definitely doesn't make much sense, Maybe op is posting , just to post "something" ? i mostly posted because i didnt really know why oil came out
i pinned today and had some oil come out today, only in 1 delt tho
I left the needle in and all that
Maybe i have too much scar tissue, i have no idea, even tho i use a 27gauge

I've seen a tip that might help. Can't really do this with the delts because you need two hands to do it.

Let's use the glutes as an example. The tip is easy, pull the skin to the side, pin your compound(s), leave the syringe in for a bit. Pull the syringe out and release the skin. The skin will spring back and cover that little hole you just made. No leakage. I think it impossible to do with the delts though lol, unless you get creative.

Slowly pulling out the needle seems like it just gives the oil more time to "follow the needle" whereas pulling it out quickly, your tissue closes back together to block it - whether or not that is what really happens, I don't get leakage

You can z track delts it just takes creativity (pull skin back with bottom of palm and inject with fingers of same hand), but “all” the oil never leaks out only a tiny bit even if it seems like a lot

Now, this makes sense! I'm pulling out the needle slowly, really don't know why i guess because that's how i started doing it and this could be a reason why 7/10 times i have some leaking. I'll try pulling out faster from now on.

yeah maybe that should be the issue, i normally put it in and pull it out slowly, still scared of needles

But again don’t see something like this happen.
Sometimes I inject and little bit of oil leak outside from the injection spot it might look a lot but it’s probably like 0.001 .. I usually wipe it with my finger and give it a sniff am I the only one who does that?

most probably i just took the needle slowly or some bs, im putting some air next time

I pin test e in castor oil without heating through 29G in 40-50 seconds, you probably did something wrong or your thumbs are just weak
