The problem is you appreciated him only because you don’t want to spend the time to read things for yourself and he did it for you. The issue is you assume his info is all accurate. The problem is some of his advice was helpful and true, other times he would get dosing wrong, or speak about experience and expectations without divulging he had never tried that compound himself and everyone knows compounds react a bit differently from person to person. I called him out for giving terrible advice to someone about compounds and dosing without knowing their bloodwork or background or experience with gear or training. Some of his advice was down right dangerous. He would then hurl personal insults snd lose his mind.
So yes he sometimes helped others get answers they didn’t want to drill down to find themselves. Sometimes he gave bad advice and was also disingenuous and misrepresented himself. He did it to feel like an expert and for people to look up to him so he spammed constantly. There have been plenty of people here I have found to be super helpful and they are transparent about their expertise or experience.

Any information passed on this forum should be taken for what it is. A suggestion from an annonymous source. Logically one would need to take that suggestion and do their own research or seek a doctor's advice.

First off, look in forums with actual info pertaining to compounds or gym movements, product testing, reviews on vendors, you know, places that that Toul stayed away from besides reviewing vendors that he never dealt with. If you just follow around someone that is hated by the majority here, of course you will see me defend myself from his bullshit. That asshole IS the problem yet had Millard mapped on his keyboard.
