why would it be any different from international? as i see it buying from a chinese supplier would be better since they have bigger reputation to lose and u can afford testing with their low prices.

It's like dinfar says - the Active ingredient is tadalafil (Cialis), just bought 100 x 20 mg from china for 13$ or 16$ - something in that range....
