Tirzepatide problem after first injection!

Hi, I am writing because I had a suspected allergic incident about 1 week ago. Okay, back story, I bought tirzepatide from a seller here. I was previously on Semaglutide and tolerated it well. My dose with sema was 2.5mg. On Sunday I came back from the night shift. I had something on the night shift, but nothing wild. Then I made myself some cereal with a ready made protein drink. Then I injected the Triz under my belly button. I immediately felt my stomach swell up and lots of hard patches formed on my stomach. I felt a little uncomfortable. My body turned red. I was a bit confused and immediately called the emergency doctor. I was then taken to the hospital emergency room. I developed small pustules all over my body. The doctors gave me Fenistil drops and an anti-allergy medication. After a short time, everything had disappeared. Only my face was a little swollen. I have to say that I could breathe without any problems and my mucous membranes were not swollen. My pulse was elevated to 100-110 and my blood pressure was also stable. To be on the safe side, I stayed in hospital for 24 hours. During these 24 hours, I developed migratory hives all over my body, which appeared in some places and then disappeared again. It really covered my whole body. After about 48 hours it was all gone. I still had anti-oedema on my stomach, which went around my stomach like a swimming ring. That is also slowly disappearing.

I think I had an allergic reaction to tirzepatide? What surprises me is that I had no problems with Sema.

The area on my stomach where I had injected was very swollen a few days ago, but with a different peptide. I had injected it into a bloodstream there, but after 12 hours it was all gone again, with no further physical reaction.

How should I proceed, can I throw away the tirzepatide as I am allergic to it anyway? Or do I try an anti-allergic drug in a lower dosage in another part of the abdomen?

Thank you for your help.

i think theres alot of sources of google about allergic reactions to tirze i could find pretty easily by a google search. i've never tried it so can't help. although skimming through the side effects i remember seeing it being like 1/1000 people or something like that

You'd risk it again? As HeatherSwanson said, "anaphylaxis in no joke."
Based on your story, you're either seriously allergic to Tirz, or possibly with whatever it may be contaminated with.
Maybe you could have it tested for contaminants, or just throw it in the trash and go back to the Sema?
Did you tell the doctor what caused it? What did he have to say?

Yesterday, I tried a tenth of the normal dose again. My stomach swelled up badly and I got hives. I didn't have any other problems. Could it be because my stomach is so sensitive, and should I try it on my thigh instead? It looks like Tirz isn't for me. Would it make sense to try Reta, or would I have the same problems with it?

Was your Sema UGL? Same source of BAC for reconstitution?

How much water and what was to total dose in the vial? What was your dose?

Use a different source if you're going to try it again.

This is an extremely unusual reaction to tirz.

So you took 1/10th the minimum dose and had a reaction requiring hospitalization?

Don't use that batch again and make sure you're doing everything correctly.

Where did I mention hospitalization? I had that with a dose of 2.5 mg. Yesterday, I only took 0.25 mg to test whether it could be due to something else.

Oh, I used new water and a new vial yesterday.

I'll try another 0.25 mg in my thigh tomorrow, just in case I'm reacting too strongly to it in my stomach. If not, then I'll have to throw it all away.
did the fake tirz hit your brain aswell? i just told you they exit scammed and u said you got a strong allergic reaction from 2.5mg which is way way lighter than 2mg sema which you had no problems with?

you should absolutely throw it out unless u have a death wish and just order from someone new

For testing purposes, I'm ordering Reta + Triz elsewhere to see if it works better. I'll throw away the old product tomorrow.
