Perhaps they're expecting people to reconstitute this with sterile water as opposed to BAC water and want to prevent *visual* peptide degradation so that angry costumers don't write them tons of emails and bad reviews and ask for refunds. But I'm not too familiar with peptide production so I don't know if it's that or something else
It may be a coincidence, but it seems like when there are complaints about cloudy peptides, vendors sometimes check with the manufacturers, and come back with "use sterile water not BAC", which sounds ridiculous for a multi dose vial.
Maybe they aren't saying / translating the full message which is "Use sterile water because there's already an antimicrobial in there".
