I been running 200mg of test c and 400mg of primo and felt great. I just added 25mg of var last week and I feel tired all the time ? Can anyone help me with this ? I'm not sure if var crashes e2 ?

I do drink about 60oz of water a day and eaa I guess I can try adding an electrolyte I also take ashwaganda. Maybe I'll take a week off the gym and see how it changes anything but it's strangemaybe it could be its interaction with glucocorticoids/cortisol, or the electrolytes as mentioned earlier.
Could be systemic recovery or being deeper into a calorie deficit as well. What are you doing with training and diet at the moment?
its pretty brutal also getting body achesI get lethargy from var too, I usually take 50mg-100mg/day. The lethargy + the lipid damage makes var not worth running for me

My first thought too. Anavar might just be a coincidence, esp at that dose. I have to run test / primo at 3:1…which feels amazing.1:2 test to primo ratio. Would have my E2 in the negatives if that was possible. Definitely pull labs.
Maybe increase hydration and do a de load week. Sometimes I push too hard for too long and I’m very fatigued for a week or two. Taking a break helps

Last I checked no. I really need to check again soon though. Last time was in November which is too long honestly. Just been cruising so I hadn't thought about it much but the ativan could be harder on me than I thinkany issues on bloodwork with kidneys?

You need to revisit that. 60 oz of water isn’t even close to what you should be taking in. Is your urine not a dark yellow?

I’m drinking between 1-1.5 gallons each day — roughly 120-180 oz of water.
It will feel like a lot at first, but trust me, it makes a big difference. My work schedule is hectic so I use a little hack — I have a 46oz yeti that keeps water cold all day. Drink 3 of those and you’re over a gallon consumed.Oh wow ok
