Chronic fatigue. What would you guys reccommend?

I’d rest from training for a week and increase caloric intake.

As far as peptides, look at MOTS-c, Cardarine, GH and 5-Amino-1MQ.
Thanks for suggesting it. Before throwing in stims as other suggested i would defo look at Mito health and do a comprehensive bloodpanel.

yes that's also what I was looking into. I didn't wanna use stimulats as I was looking for a long term fix rather than something to just get me leaner

This isn’t a sprint and going all in on drugs just to assist your energy levels is plain retarded, more drugs more supps for something as simple as a cut

What you actually may need and benefit from is number one jump on a maintenance diet break and perhaps take a week of all those supplements along with training, do some steps and relieve your cns in that week. Get back by the next week and crash it. Do not have big deficits otherwise you will be thinking of food all the time and this works against your work

In many cases certain supps could be making you feel worse than better, make sure you’re actually deficient. If you have the money to buy all this you have the money to rest your vitamin etc levels to see what you’re deficient in on this cut

I'm talking about mithocondrial efficiency peptides and thyroid hormones at HRT doses for long term use. Which are safe and often used just for quality of life improvement by regular people. yall pin grams of AAS regularly. I'm not the one to be lectured on this

Like you said, thyroid optimization is no different from TRT/HRT, cheap, effective, and with a solid, long standing safety record. If it's applicable to you, ie, free t4 is below the 80th percentile for your age, it'll have a greater impact on energy than anything else mentioned in this thread. You may even need to lower your Tirz dose to prevent excess weight loss.

Carderine for general fatigue is insane. It's useful for boosting endurance and cutting fat, but given a drug with those characteristics would've been a billion dollar blockbuster (especially in pre GLP times), and the pharma company developers chose to trash it, it's safe to assume the risk of causing cancer was clear to them.

Cardarine should not not be taken as a long term supplement or even considered imo. There are many other and safer tools out there

yeah, I wasn't even looking into cardarine since it's not really what I was looking for. I know the cancer risk is very low but considering it does impact the liver slightly I'd say no for now.
I just made some Carnitine. if tomorrow it hasn't recrystallized I'll start

Good choice. I started daily Carnitine injections a week ago plus 300mg Ubiquinol.

with the carnitine, how much PIP you get? I did the first dose yesterday, only 0.3ml (130-140mg circa) to see how I felt. I still have pain and my delt is a little swollen today. not red and there's no bubble. I trained fine yesterday so it's not that big a deal. I don't mind but wondering if it's normal or if I fuked up making the carnitine. the carnitine is clear, no particles floating, quite dense. I filtered it trough 0.22um and it's in a sterile vial.
I'm keeping it in the fridge because it's summer and in my house I get up to 85°F without the AC

I don’t get any pip at all. I’m pinning my quads which I completely loathe doing. I’ve always had issues with my quads. But I don’t feel anything post injection.

I've heard a lot of mixed experiences with carnitine. some say no PIP others say very bad PIP. you think it's normal or could I made a mistake making the carnitine?

Sounds like your metabolism is suppressed, like others have said take a week off.
Might sounds strange but up your salt intake, electrolytes could be all fucked up. If I'm feeling tired during the day I take some salt, about 1/4 of a teaspoon and it PEPs me up. If you want to be lazy about it... V8 juice, the vege one, has quite a good ratio of the sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate ratio with a bit of sugar. Adjust the Marcos to allow for the calories. There is little tiny cans of it or used to be.
In the summer I have 2L jugs of that at work and home and have a slug of it as needed.
I'm 10-15k steps a day, lifting, turning, pulling, climbing ect all day as well as training.
If youre rocking a tiny little mustache about your diet, you could get those salts and take 1/4 teaspoon of each without the sugar in the V8 and add to PreW or throw it down your throat like a psycho.
This is totally anecdotal BTW.

Thyroid could be wigging out too, my GF has to take iodine everyday. Get that shit checked

I’m only guessing here but it might be a mistake made when you brewed it. I got my Carnitine from a friend who brewed it himself. I don’t feel a thing pinning IM. I haven’t tried subq which I’m considering because I’m already injecting three other compounds IM 3x a week.

bro it's a roid forum. people will be using PEDs.
If wanna get leaner I'm not gonna eat more
some energy peptides won't hurt
Also look into nootropics. I’ve been on a nootropic kick lately. I’ve tried Phenylpiracetam (Carphedon) + Alpha-GPC, and Noopept so far for energy and focus. They work pretty good and don’t impact my sleep the way Moda/Armoda do.
