Confirmed a refund was received. Took a long time though.

My whole experience with this vendor was definately one for the ages. Poor communication, poor processes. Quick responses to take your money but then you give her your money, true colours show.

Status did not move for more than a month and refused to refund unless it showed as seized, kept telling her if the package is lost it won’t showed as seized.

Kept advising me she will provide updates whoever I was the one that had to proactively follow up.

Refund took long, and I’ll be honest, i don’t know if i would have received it earlier than yesterday if I didn’t put her on notice on meso. But even so, it’s pretty evident how she operates from my updates and she exposed herself that she can’t meet deadlines. Excuses after excuses, lack of accountability, no signs of sense of urgency placed in rectifying issues.

In conclusion refund received, would it have taken longer if I didn’t provide updates on meso for everyone to see? Who knows. Would I recommend this lab to people? Me personally I would tell them to avoid this vendor till they sort improve everything about them

Can you provide the forum an explanation why throughout this whole 2 month exchange you said you will provide an update but never did? Why do we always have to follow it up with you? Why did you promise a refund by the weekend yet I had to reach out after the weekend to ask for the refund? If you really work hard to rectify issues, why haven’t you been the one proactively reaching out to customers to provide updates or request details for a refund?

From the start I educated you on what to do to build a good reputation, yet you didn’t want to change your ways, and even when I put you on notice in front of everyone in the forum, you still didn’t meet deadlines, you showed everyone live in action how poorly YOU operate

It happened before that the package was temporarily stored in the customs and was sent again later. We need to confirm whether the package was really detained. No one wants customers to receive the package smoothly more than us.

Why were you never proactive in reaching out to customers to provide updates? You didn’t even mention accountant was in surgery till this matter was shared on meso, I waited a week for a refund and you didn’t mention anything about accountant having surgery

very fast shipping and replies,
the product feel good until now, no pip problem or something,
so dont put trash if you never order from them
 
I would like to add something positive to this thread on my experience.
I made an order on 10 may and I received the package within 12 days.
I had no problem on payment, communication was on point and everything worked fine for me.
 
I’m a relatively new customer with Eva, but I’ve placed around three orders to Australia so far. Each time, the process has been smooth, and all orders arrived correctly.

On one occasion, the product photo they sent for confirmation was missing a vial, but because they have that step in place — sending photos before shipping — I was able to spot it and they corrected it quickly. It’s a great system, and I hope they continue using it.

One thing people should keep in mind: these sources are based in China, and English is clearly not their first language. You need to be clear and straightforward when communicating — that’s just part of dealing internationally.

Overall, Eva has been a reliable source so far.
 
I have already ordered from a few chinese suppliers here. this company has by far the fastest and best communication and the time between payment and delivery is also very good. the camouflage of the packages is unrivaled in terms of effort. In my opinion absolutely recommend ordering there.
