SA Now more often than before has domestic GLP-1's in stock. However you have to order manually. No fancy website. There are others too in the UG section. It will be a hell of a lot less expensive than AA as well.

Several of the three-letter acronym Chinese sources here have US warehouses. If speed is primary, WWB and GGB have been consistently < 1 week delivery time for me.
Edit: I might have committed the cardinal sin of spoonfeeding, which I don't fully understand, so just to be clear - go read their threads yourself before buying. They might ship you smarties in the vials instead of peptides. No implied guarantee or endorsement.
