HGH + IGF1 Serum testing question

Hi all, can somebody remind me or redirect me to a thread where there is clear info on testing for hgh in blood serum levels for product quality?
I believe you have to be on the product for a while (couple weeks?) then shoot 10IUs before lab test. Is this the way? Also Ill be asking for IGF1 levels too but would like to know why the 2 are important to determine the products purity and efficacy,

The quick & dirty serum GH assay: inject 10 IU IM and get GH measured 2-3 hours later. Typical response is around 30-40 ng/mL.

For IGF1, measure before starting GH and then after a few weeks on whatever dose you're doing, then get IGF1 measured again. Time of GH injection vs time of blood draw doesn't matter. There is a pretty big range in responses.

To clarify for @Roidynoob1, Ateam is not impressed with either the quality of your GH or your ability to properly execute the quick & dirty serum GH assay

The serum GH assay doesn't reflect anything else about you otherwise

About average to low for 10iu.

I take about 8iu a day before bed, did the blood exam for many other markers still had 11ng/mL in the morning, igf1 insanely high though.
