At home blood testing

Not sure if this is the correct forum but was wondering if anyone used one of the at home blood panel testing? I get my annual done from my primary care provider but would like to check it more regularly and my doc is expensive. I am working on getting my shit together and would like to see if it is working.

While not exactly "at home," you can use Ultalabs or Fitomics and order Labcorp in the US. Labcorp has an option to come "in-home" for collection for like $35 if you're not close to a facility. Otherwise, if you are, it's just cheap. Fitomics has a whole workup panel called the "Basic Health Self Monitoring Panel 2" that includes everything but T levels. You need to add that on. Or just buy the "Basic Health Self Monitoring Panel," which includes the T levels. I use Fitomics just because it's easy, and I get the results quickly in the labcorp app, or they will send you the interim results if you ask. Their interface is crap compared to others but I still like their prices and flexibility to use Labcorp or Quest if I need to.

Thank you! I will look into this. I saw one where a guy was basically hacking up his finger and bleeding all over a paper lol did not know if anyone has tried those.

The other thing, if you want to do real EASY at home, or just a hormone test, then check out https://www.maximustribe.com/lab-tests. They use a Tasso device and lab that is painless and collects about a teaspoon or so of blood. It's very accurate, and I've compared these Tasso devices to LabCorp and Quest by doing them on the same day, within minutes of each venipuncture, to ensure accuracy in comparison. This Maximus test is a little more costly but comes with a FedEx envelope and the results are usually available next day.

It's the ultimate "at-home", but it does not include CMP/Lipids.
