Deuschem is a scam shop

Placed an order with @DeusChem on March 18th. The package didn’t move for an entire month. Every time I reached out, they fed me the same bullshit: “Shipping info will be updated by next week.” Spoiler alert—it never was.

After wasting my time chasing updates, they hit me with their "wait 45 days for a reship" policy. Fine. I waited. Then, they dropped an announcement offering compensation "for orders not updated within 14 days of tracking." I asked about it only for them to claim I wasn’t eligible. No explanation, just a straight-up "tough luck."

When the reship finally came up, they demanded a new shipping address. I told them I don’t have one. Their response? A broken record of "send us a new address." Like I’m just supposed to magically produce one. Fed up, I asked for a refund only to get hit with their "no refunds" policy.

Now theyve just stopped replying to my emails

So,
They won’t ship to my original address (despite their so-called "policy" being nowhere in their TOS or FAQ).

They won’t refund me.

They won't compensate.

They won't offer any solution.

They stopped responding.

literally a scam company.

I understand the reasoning behind it, but as I've just said in the post, I literally don't have another address I can send it to. And they don't mention it anywhere in their FAQ or TOS. Also ive gotten reshipped plenty of times from other sources. Never had to use a new address.

I wouldn't order to the same address if something got seized. I'd expect customs to flag that address for a good while, maybe 1-2 years.

I’ve ordered from them a few times without issue. Tough break but, they aren’t a “scam shop”.
Just take the L and order elsewhere.

sure i was exaggerating by saying theyre a scam shop but surely, not listing that you need a different address for reships in your FAQ or TOS and then keeping the money without solving the issue is a scam? they got my money and i got no product.

It’s just some adex. I appreciate the tip and you trying to help, but honestly if I have no other options I’ll just give it to someone else in the community without compensation. I’ll take the loss on the order but I just wanted to share my horrible experience with them.
