Severe PIP and swelling from General Pharmaceuticals methenolone enanthate – anyone else?

I recently started a new cycle and have now pinned General Pharmaceuticals’ methenolone enanthate twice.
Both times I experienced extreme PIP, significant swelling, and soreness lasting several days.

Everything was done strictly by the book – completely sterile, clean injections. I’ve had mild PIP before with other brands, which is normal, but nothing close to this level. The carrier oil is supposed to be MCT, which I usually tolerate very well.
Has anyone else had a similar reaction with their gear?

Primo E can cause Knots & swelling in some people, especially if it is 200mg/ml. maybe dilute it with some test (0.5 ml test, 0.5 ml primo) and see if it still causes issues.

It is 100mg/ml
Only injected 1.2ml, and both times in the ventroglute as always
Never had this issues with Primo from other brands before

My theory for years has been that it's not the primo enanthate or the test enanthate that hurts. It's the damn enanthate ester. It's been happening to me since 2004. From the raws were from some of the first raw guys out there, CB and JL. To the recent ones.

It's never stopped. I only use propionate and cypionate nowadays. The pain is basically gone from every shot.

Enanthates are painful, period.

Enanthate shouldn't hurt. If it does cause bad PiP, it is usually do to being poorly made.

Ive used the same recipe since 2005. Test enanthate hurts like hell and makes me sick. Test cypionate is painless and has never made me sick. Twenty years...

10-15%bb
1%ba

Always the same.

I was going to say something like this… for years and years I could run a stack of type E esters...high concentrations too. Idk what’s happened the past year or so but I’ve been getting a lot of pip.

I’ve found that if I run test c instead of test e, that is good enough to dilute the other compounds that contain the Enanthate ester.

Maybe buy 1 vial of test c and run it with the primo…. Only like $40 and at the least you will know if it helps.

Can i blend the primo with test C even if the carrier oil is different?

Last time I used I injected 0.6ml of primobolan enanthate in my left upper glute. It left a painful knot the size of a golf ball that you could actually see. It went away after about 7 days.

I'd heated the primo before using. It was 200mg/ml primo from QSC. Haven't touched the stuff since lol

Yes, but let’s be very specific here. Someone else may read this while researching and we want to keep everyone safe.

You will not have a problem mixing gso and mct oil. However, do not ever mix an oil based carrier with a water based carrier.

Oil and oil is ok. Water and water is typically ok, but I have read some peptides may curdle when combined (I’ve never saw this but maybe someone else can verify if this is bullshit or not).

Oil and water will cause an abscess, which is probably going to get infected.

Oil and oil ofc :)
How would you it - injecting some test c into the 10 ml primo vial?
Or
Drawing the primo and the test c in the same syringe and flipping it around to mix before injecting?

I would test it in the same syringe first to make sure it works out for you. After a week see how you feel. If it’s better then go ahead and mix them in a vial ( it just makes life easier).

Oh and what Bananafeet said… heating up the oil a bit. Yes, of course he’s totally right about that. Warm oil (not hot) makes a big difference. The oil is thinner and this helps a lot.

I literally had to do all these things this cycle of test/tren/mast. I could hardly walk, stand, or sit. I tried heating the oil first but still had to swap to test c. Absolutely no pip or hardly any depending the site now.

Yes it is brutal. I ran 400mg a week for 9 weeks and it was enough for me. I did get good results from it but I couldn't run it anymore longer like I wanted to for 16 weeks. The pain and the knots were taking a toll on me. I noticed when your muscle at the injection spot is in pain and swelling it really starts to effects your workouts . Primo is a good drug but I don't think it's worth it especially now having to pay that high of a cost I'll pass

Felt extremely strong at the gym today. And im currently in a cal deficit
Makes me wonder if it really legit primo eventhough there is a lab test on this excat batch...
As mentioned a never had these issues with any other brands primo.

If i draw test and then primo up in the same syring it will in my logic not get evenly mixed in the syring? Is this okay? I guess it will mix in side the muscle once injected

I do try to mix it the best I can. Leaving an air bubble in the barrel helps while mixing compounds in the syringe.

You will still absorb everything even if it is not mixed well in the syringe.
