Chronic fatigue. What would you guys reccommend?

Also look into nootropics. I’ve been on a nootropic kick lately. I’ve tried Phenylpiracetam (Carphedon) + Alpha-GPC, and Noopept so far for energy and focus. They work pretty good and don’t impact my sleep the way Moda/Armoda do.
yeah I use Methyline blue for cognitive improvment and I do quite well with it. but I don't get more energy from it, just mental sharpness

Same. I cycle MB on and off now. Taken too long I start seeing less benefits from it. But it’s obvious to me and those around me methylene blue is working.

juat did my other delt with the carnitine today. this time no PIP and no swelling at all. maybe it was becaise I hit a nerve last time and not because of the carnitine

I'm on tirz 10mg a week, methylene blue 5mg a day and a bunch of supplements.
I went from obese to healthy weight and I feel dead 24/7. Sleep is good and diet is very nutrient dense.
Training used to be great when I was fat, now it feels horrible, I wanna loose more fat but I'm plateaud because my activity level zero. I can get a bare minimim amount of lifting done but cardio or even 10k steps is out of the question. I even struggle with daily tasks due to low energy.
When I was obese I was way more active. I trained hard, I did 10-15k steps and did cardio consistantly (stairmaster/elliptical/rower). I was fat cause I ate like a garbage truck.
I'm not even lean, just normal looking, like 16-18%bf (I have abs a some muscle separation).

Would yall recommend me mithocondrial efficiency peptides? I got some carnitine on the way, would you say that will be enough to give me a boost or should I add something else?

idk if it's the tirz or the weightloss but I think the weightloss. I had lost weight naturally in the past and each time I felt tired af. I got on tirz because I wanna loose it once and for all this time.
Update: Upping the Tirz to 10mg and adding Carnitine was what I needed to break the plateau. I am now doing a little cardio, still not much because energy is still low but the carnitine did give me a little extra energy and is helping a lot with workouts. it's not a huge difference but it gives me that little extra grit to get trough it and push hard (waiting for my paycheck to get bloodwork to have my thyroid checked and a few other things). I dropped another 10lbs quite quickly and definetly look leaner, especially on my thorso and face. I wanna loose maybe another 4-5 lbs of bodyfat because I hold more in my legs and would like to see a bit more definition come trough. I'm only taking 150mg of Carnitine 4days a week so I have a lot of room to up the dose to give me more fat loss and more energy to do cardio.

Then I'll look to start a proper bulk since I realzed I have way less muscle that I tough (my stranght has only gone down like 10% so I assume it's just from weight loss and worse leverages, not muscle loss)

it took a few weeks for me to feel the difference from 5mg tirz to 10mg but now it's definetly there. when I eat foods that are high fat/high fiber I definetly feel full very quickly.
I'm also noticing much better insulin senitivity as I'm getting leaner and taking more tirz. After a large meal I used to feel a bit tired and bloated, now it just fills my gycogen stores a ton. I usually do intermitting fasting and break my fast with a large meal (1000+calories) amd afterwards I look way fuller, almost like I gained half an inch on my arms and an inch on my legs. also my stomach looks always flat, no bloating at all now

Methylene blue is known to inhibit nitric oxide (NO)-dependent responses, which can affect vasodilation in blood vessels. I wouldn't take that.
Do you have any GI issues? Gas? Bloating? Constipation? Separately or together? Look into fixing that. Lots of connect to gut-health stuff. The lead into learning more is SIBO or SIFO.

no my gut is good, no issuses that I notice. I might have some bacteria overgrowth because my tougue is a bit white at times but it doesn't cause me issues. Methylene blue actually makes me more energetic, especially mentally, it also improves my mood

if you have chronic fatigue why you didn't a complete bloodwork?

The answer may be in your blood count, an iron deficiency, a vitamin B12 deficiency, or something else.

Rather than waste time with advice that may be worthless, the simplest thing is to get a blood test.
