Cialis or L Citrulline do anything for ya? Used to take the L Citrulline for BP/pumps and it worked but tastes awful.

Just rx'ed 5 mg/d Cialis. Tried intermittent sildenafil but got the blue vision even at lower dose (25 mg).
I remember trying beetroot extract at one point for NO2 boost, but didn't notice s*** What'd you dose it at?
I used to juice 3 beets and some celery with lemon before workouts. Made me feel good but cant say I got more of a pump. Maybe I am maxed out and too greedy? Hope not. Not a fan of the beet powder.

Thinking about coming off the modified keto and just go protein/carbs. But my body seems to do really well with no carb for staying lean.

Definitely felt different as a 20 something pump wise.

Damn, I remember doing Dan Duchaine's "Underground Bodyopus" where you went Sunday evening through Friday evening with no more than 30 carbs/day. Then, Friday through Sunday you carb loaded.
Friday's were flat as shit, couldn't get a pump no matter what, and by Sunday you were getting skin splitting pumps from the "glycogen super-compensation".
Talk about sensitizing your insulin receptors for prime glucose uptake, lol.
How'd you modify keto, and how many carbs you hitting on average?

Basically I run 250 g (sometimes 300 g) protein per day and the rest fat (okay, 10% kcal of carbs just in the veggies). Keeps me lean but I realize not the best for muscle and pumps. So 50 to 100 g net carbs.

I should really try a traditional BB diet (very low fat) after years of "modified keto" and see if I can handle it.

Very cool! I've played alot with BodyOpus and subsequent UD2.0.

Have you used any ketone test strips during your diet?
