As the title suggests, what form of Coenzyme Q10 do you take? I know that Ubiquinol is much more expensive because it is more bioavailable. Is it really worth it? I am 41 years old.

Ubiquinol, and yes. Its worth it, plenty of studies backing its effects up for overall health, heart health, LVH prevention and mitochondrial health. I take 400mg every day.As the title suggests, what form of Coenzyme Q10 do you take? I know that Ubiquinol is much more expensive because it is more bioavailable. Is it really worth it? Can you recommend a good brand of ubiquinol, with decent quality/price ratio in the European Union?
Longevity & Anti-Aging Supplements | ProHealth Longevity I've picked up a few things from them, what I like most is they send out for third party analysis and post the lab tests. They should ship to the EU and the price isn't tooooo crazy. Thanks for the detailed reply, i have to add absolutely this supplement .

I always go with the cheapest on amazon, right now i believe its Doctorsbest
Defo a great choice! Some Ubiquinol supps include B1, a nice additionI did some research on the web, to find the best price, and I believe that Ubiquinol Now Food sold on iHerb, have the best quality price ratio, 57.29 € (120 caps, 100 mg/caps) and shipping free with orders over 40€
I will place an order as soon as it cools down, excessive heat during transport can degrade it
One of the few who are very open and adamant about their testing with 3rd party COAsNOW has always been a solid company to my understanding.
