As the title suggests, what form of Coenzyme Q10 do you take? I know that Ubiquinol is much more expensive because it is more bioavailable. Is it really worth it? I am 41 years old.

Ubiquinol, and yes. Its worth it, plenty of studies backing its effects up for overall health, heart health, LVH prevention and mitochondrial health. I take 400mg every day.

Thanks for the detailed reply, i have to add absolutely this supplement .

Can you recommend a good brand of ubiquinol, with decent quality/price ratio in the European Union?

I always go with the cheapest on amazon, right now i believe its Doctorsbest

I did some research on the web, to find the best price, and I believe that Ubiquinol Now Food sold on iHerb, have the best quality price ratio, 57.29 € (120 caps, 100 mg/caps) and shipping free with orders over 40€

I will place an order as soon as it cools down, excessive heat during transport can degrade it
