So far, no comment. As usual, very hard to pin down.

Key point is 100% reimbursement for other testing besides HPLC that quantifies only amount of API in finished product. If vendor wants to cap the total reimbursement amount he should specify amount.

Bro, now I get why you’re banned from certain forums... but anyway, just to clear the air on the testing situation: we’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. We encourage testing. Always have. And yes, we’ll happily reimburse anyone who takes the time and effort to test our products. That’s not even a question. The only thing we ask is that it’s not abused or spammed just for the store credit. But as far as us being stingy? You want cash instead? I'll send that to you too. We genuinely don't mind. That’s definitely not who we are. We’ve gone above and beyond for plenty of guys on here already, and we’ll keep doing so.

As for the account stuff that one’s been dead for a while. Honestly, I used to just lurk and keep an eye on the scene without even having an account. One of the other guys from our team had one, but he hasn’t touched it in forever. Doesn’t even have time to scroll these threads anymore, that’s my circus now

We’ve been real from day one, we post testing, answer DMs, respond on here, and still somehow it turns into a game of “gotcha” with you. If you’re not actually looking for answers and just want to stir the pot, that’s cool, but at least call it what it is.

We are being accused with discrediting other sources now? Where is the proof for that? Ask your mods for that proof, if they have also automatically blamed us for that one on top.

That was the original accusation, actually...

The latest claim is that you created shill accounts to post bloodwork and Jano tests that, real or not, were meant to create a perception about your brand in a disingenuous way.

An SST mod said that he's willing to release whatever gave them the confidence that you did what you were accused of, if you feel it'd help you back up your side of the story.

Very impressed with Primal's customer service.

I placed an order the day they showed up on Meso, and for some reason, it didn't go through properly, prompting their rep to reach out directly to resolve the issue.

It was shipped the following day and arrived yesterday, with free vials included. That was a very kind gesture and I'm extremely grateful for the generosity.

Gotta be honest man, you'd either do that or own what you did if you cared about your business because at the end of the day, you're an anonymous dude selling gear among other anonymous guys doing the same whose integrity isn't in question.

As customers we have no recourse if an order never shows. Trust is everything.

New to Meso but active on SST and I have had a handful of orders from Axle.

While the choices he made there reflect poorly on him, and frankly were completely unnecessary, we've all made emotionally-charged impulse decisions that blew up on us.

I wish that weren't the case with his shop, because the quality of his products is great, and he would've become a popular source at SST had he put his differences aside and operated differently.

I placed an order Mon, after the whole ordeal, and it was shipped promptly with a 2-day ETA.

I was worried it wouldn't, but since it did, I felt I...
