I have. I'm really sensitive to anything that can cause insomnia though. I only take var in the morning because if it. That has helped.

It could be blood pressure related. Get some blood pressure meds. Telmisartan is the go to for everyone. Clonidine is a heavy hitter that can knock down even then.
Some people get a lot of anxiety on PEDs and need to take psych meds. Benzos were VERY popular in the golden age of bodybuilding, so you are not alone.
I do not recommend benzos. Withdrawal is terrible and they destroy your memory and reduce your inhibitions. Some people take SSRIs and I wouldn't be surprised if some people take antipsychotics.
