Single or Multiple injections per week (Reta)

So I know this question has been asked, but I was just wondering if anyone had experienced doing multiple injections per week and had switched to a single injection or vise versa and what your experience with that was?

I just started with a .5mg injection last Monday to see how my body reacted to it and planned on going up to 1mg this week and was just curious on people’s experiences doing 1 dose vs multiple smaller doses in a week.

Thanks for any input!

Not sure but try not eating a couple hours before bed and no spicy food that late.

It’s almost impossible to eat my last meal earlier than 2-3 hours before bed. Also, before Reta if I had any kind of GI distress I could feel it in an hour, max two. Reta slowed down so much digestion I could go to bed without feel a thing and wake up suddenly 6-7 hours after my meal almost puking. My regular meal is beef patties or chicken breast with rice on training days and veggies instead of rice on non training days. Wasn’t anything extreme.

I don’t know if dosing it every day instead of eod could make a difference, or dosing it one time bolus 6mg+ once a week.

Yea thats not worth it. Did you try any digestive enzymes at all to help with the digestion?

Yes, I had one tab of super enzymes by now foods just for my last meal particularly. Perhaps it helped like a 10-15% but still it was so annoying to sustain it.

I’ve been on Reta for about 9 months, worked up accordingly. Now I do 5mgs Monday / Thursday / Saturday. Yes high dose 15 mgs wk but love it and zero sides unless I overeat by a lot or have spicy food 2 hrs before bed. Metamucil is a staple (Walmart brand) 50% cheaper and tons of water.

Was always a mast / test guy as most know but with mast running low I’ve just switched to 150 test / 180 npp a wk, on week 2 now. Hoping to get to 250 test / 300 npp in next few weeks ago cruise there for a 3-4 months and see if I look fuller then on mast. So far no sides and everything good.

Currently 6’1-6’2 on a good day, 220lbs and in body last week 12%bf … Reta has played a huge role and lots of Cardio.

Hope you can get the sides under control bud. @Eddie. You look great by the way, what a transformation if this is same “Eddie” that had a log before I followed. Inspiring!!

Thanks brother, appreciate the kind words! Yeah I’ve come a long way!

Honestly my plan was to do something in the 6-8mg range throughout my cutting phase and then go down to a smaller dose because GI issues aside Reta impacts my sleep a lot and it gives me that skin sensitivity above 4mg. Probably I’ll keep it at 2-3mg for the off season and next cut I’ll try tirz.

Cheers man, your stats sounds good. I believe Reta did a great job at this dose. You’re lucky being side effects free.

My fault, I did have the skin irritation for a month maybe, forgot but went away.

I started doing once a week, then every Friday, then Mon, Weds, Friday now as it coincides with the days I pin gear. I'm currently at 3mg and the 1mg 3x a week seems to be the right spot for me, for now. No problems with overeating, as I only just manage to get the meals in I'm meant to

Currently on week 5 @ weekly total of 1mg dosed 0.5mg mon & fri. Tried 1mg to start and could not eat for 2 days nor did I have a desire to. Being that I am a bodybuilder I require regular feedings of protein so…I found this to be counterproductive.

Switching to 0.5mg split evenly twice per week keeps the peak of the drug lower thus giving me all the positives without the negatives. I currently have 3 male clients and 4 female clients running this same protocol with great success. Females so far need more of the drug to have the same effects as males.

Just my 2¢

I feel like I'm being peer pressured into taking this compound lol

It's everywhere. Just had an abdomen scan so if it comes back that I've still got NAFLD I'll give reta a whirl.

Seems like some people find it quite strong at lower doses.

Ginger root extract has been helping my digestive motility. Before supplementing with it, I was experiencing serious bloat and reduced appetite as I titrated upward on reta.

Now that I am supplementing with it, I experience basically zero bloat and the appetite suppression is nowhere close to as strong.

Amazon has Nature's Way Ginger Root 120-day supply for $16 and some change.

Your mileage may vary. Take it slow and listen to your body. Give it time to build up in your system. Some people can titrate extremely quick, but many can not

Why don’t you just go down in dose?? If you’re having that level of symptoms it’s too much and you’d probably get appropriate response you’re looking for at a lower dose.

Obviously that's what i did, I'm on ~2,5mg since then with no intolerable sides. Still a tad high RHR and not the greatest sleep but i hope it will settle at some point. I just wanted to titrate up the dose throughout my cut and go back to low dose after but it got me in the middle.
