Super tired on cycle?

I've heard by some that this is normal. Training hard, running gear the body is growing and at an accelerated pace. I'm only running 400mg/week of Test but it's my first cycle.

Following a diet meticulously, food is clean. Man I'm just done at the end of the day, about 8 I'm zapped. Sleep is pretty good. Initially I was waking up earlier than usual wide awake like 3-4am. That's calmed down so that's great.

Anyone experience this?

Probably inflammation. You shouldn’t feel anything or have any negative side effects on 400 test

You might be allergic to carrier oil

Have you done any bloodwork?
I did. But just CBC/CMP and non sensitive E2. I was mostly worried if I was managing hematocrit because it got high on TRT. I'm coming up on week 4. Plan to do full bloods at week 6. E2 was fine at that point. But I did try some injectable dbol and gyno symptoms came back. Someone elsewhere recommended low e2 so I might back off the aromasin a bit.

Yes and from personal experience this exact thing albeit I did Dbol and test so I was growing basically man boobs, and ik it was from estrogen. Have you gotten bloodwork to see if your converting some of that test to estrogen? Cause literally from what your describing it mostly like is estrogen related

Start with the basics.
Up the salts (electrolytes) and water
Good sleep hygiene - no blue lights cpl hours before bed and no stimulants.
Blood pressure, how is it?
Are you snoring like a chain saw and need a CPAP? When I was a heavy unit I needed one and it made me feel fresh. More than 300mg test a week will up my BP and I need to pull it out regardless of weight
What's BF% are you a porker or sub 12%? If youre higher than 12% why? Loose that shit and then circle back.
Get bloodwork and post

I would second the motion of getting a sleep study (can get a basic one at home, super easy with a pulse ox and a watch). Pretty much all the pro BBers use CPAP these days. If you have OSA, gear / TRT will worsen it and you'll feel shitty.

How are your workouts? You said you were training hard. Are you progressing? How is the intensity?

It's possible you might be overtraining, though the waking up early thing I've mostly heard of (and experienced myself) when in a fat loss phase (i.e. a calorie deficit). Are you eating enough? If you're bulking, I'd suggest not tapering off the carbs in the evening. Don't be afraid to slam a big plate of sushi or 400 g rice with your last meal. It might help you sleep.

Unfortunately, hypertension is a silent killer, and we often don't "feel" anything when we're hypertensive. Still, hydrate aggressively and use electrolytes, monitor the BP, and get some bloods.

I was going to mention the use of ais, tanked e2 can cause issues that you are describing. Aromasin can keep your e2 crashed for a longer time than arimidex, and using too much aromasin can cause issues that will last for a bit

I get super tired and need to sleep more at the end of a cut or at the peak of off season, and physically exhausted/increased muscle soreness during rebounds. Some of the things you describe can be related to tiredness and sleep quality, but you need to make sure you’re appropriately distinguishing whether or not that is the actual cause.
Like other commenters said, it could very well be hormonal. Idk your body weight so I can’t really speak to any sleep apnea concerns

Thanks folks. Part of the issue was Tirz was messing with my sleep more than I realized. Dropped it for now and feeling a lot better. Labs coming up in a week or so.
