What would be a decent combination for fighting sports that covers performance enhancement + injury help/prevention + muscle gain?
Not really for 'grappling' but especially for kickboxing and sports where you need a higher flexibility and faster muscle fibers.

I think one significant think could be epo(hard to get) + hgh.
But which would help longterm do give better regeneration and help the tendons and joints outside from 'Deca'

There is a lot of work that goes into managing epo. That is not a beginner’s ped. Are you going to make money of off fighting? If so finding a coach to help you would be the best call imo. If you are a hobbyist, you would be taking on a lot of risk for no real gain.

EPO is only good if you want an heart attack.
doesnt it depends on the dosage

Nope but its hard to manage getting the muscle mass up while trying to have enough cardio
I'm amateur and nogi grappler

I would suggest periodizing your training.

This guy has some good content on how to build muscle and do combat sports.

The more androgenic compounds definitely suit those sports more.

DHB did almost everything I’d wanted it to but just made me systemically inflamed and feel generally “off” by week 5/6

IME tbol was a good gateway. A staple even. Muscular endurance was what makes it stand out for me amongst all others I’ve tried. You won’t even know you’re on it until you start pushing double the pace for twice as long without any sides whatsoever.

Winny was fantastic but fucks with the joints and old injury’s play up. Tbol take the cake for me just for this.

If you’re using AAS there’s no reason to not throw in cardarine. I wouldn’t use it on its own though. It can fuck with your fast twitch muscle fibres.

Those 4 compounds are what I and others I know found to be what we were looking for if you’re not going with just test.
Your mileage may vary.

EDIT: all of these I ran on a base of test. Never without.

The problem is I don't want to push my joints more and I'm unsure how DHB affects thtat. Winstrol is a big NoNo. That stuff would be serious trouble.

I’ve never heard of DHB badly effecting joints. It just didn’t make me feel good in the long run.

Agree on the winstrol. If your gonna put your connective tissue under stress don’t touch it.

Try turinabol. It’s not going to make you look like a bodybuilder but imo it’s just the perfect fit for what you need. I’ve ran it at 100mgs+ daily and had no sides apart from light bacne.
40mg is “good enough”. And you have nothing to worry about with your joints. Or put on a crazy amount of mass.
I could go on and on here but I don’t want to write pages trying to sell you on it lol
Just try it ;)
