was in the gym today.

at the end of my workout even tho i trained arms first my arm hurt like a bitch putting the weights down.


no physical signs of injury assess.

tested how i could make it come back after cardio.

hurts like im getting a super sore cold pain throughout my whole elbow.

tested doing tricep extensions just the movement not weihgted but there was no pain.

doing supinated bicep curl when my arm is fully extending until just at the start of flexing thats where the pain is at.

no visible sign of any injury. idk if anyone had this before? im gonna assess in 2-5 days if i'll add deca + bpc/tb for my trt.

would be help if anyone of u experienced this, im thinking its not a tendon injury but a bicep/brachialis strain maybe? hurts like a motherfucker
 
Look up bicipital tendinitis
  • Pain with overhead movements or reaching behind the back.
im having pain with fully extended bicep, i can easily reach my neck/back and do overhand movements right now with no pain. its like its connected to my forearm the pain.

bicep brachilias is this stupid muscle going from your bicep>forearm which is why i mentioned it

i get the pain from forearm/bicep movement but i get it in the elbow?
 
No it very much can be the sore elbow shit too. Look deeper, fucks me hard on too heavy isolation
im doing 8-12 reps always but i defiently go beyond failure like a freak and i would not say im too strong i do fullstack + 25kg plate on tricep pushdown and 27.5kg on single arms extensions. fairly moderate, anyways ive iced it up for today and will hope its not permanent.

did it hit you like 30mins after u trained arms aswell?
 
update; im cracking my elbow every 5 mins now. seems like it offers alot of relaxation. i hope i have not fucking injured myself again!
Look up bicipital tendinitis
i am having bicep pain in the arm when i flex, but not the other arm thats not injured. i will look more into bicipital tendintis and do a healing journey in here.

hope its not too bad
 
i have ordered bpc-157 and tb waiting for it to land. i will run 800mcg bpc-157 daily and 10mg tb until its healed and i can train again, and then drop to maintence dosage of 400mcg bpc-157 and 3-5mg tb.

None at all. Recently idk what happened but my joints have been taking a beating. Especially my knee. Idk how the hell i injured my arm but it was while grabbing a small 20kg dumbell up.

Pain just started there and it hurt in my elbow, had to drop it instantly. This is weird to me because i can easily lift the 60kg dumbells with one arm to spot my friends

i will be doing the chip clip tecnique, good ressource for sucky place to do injection that i ended looking it up. better having someones dirty hands pinching my skin so i can inject it which was my initial idea.

i hope the bpc and tb comes in clutch. i have teared my bicep before aswell so thats why im starting relatively high dosages hoping it can revive the little hole i have in my bicep already

did you hear a snapping sound or cracking sound when you felt the pain?
 
yea sounds like tendonitis. I had this in my elbow a few years back. bpc, tb stack healed it up I injected into the area everyday for 2 weeks and didnt train that area at all for 2 weeks and then i just got back into training it very lightweight. Mine healed 100% hopefully yours will to.

i cant even lift my coffee mug without pain, i wish i could train it but it seems impossible? i am legit on maintence peroid in the summer time just doing 2 sets per muscle for maintence while im travelling

yeah youre going to want to rest it completly when doing the peptide stack. Just hammer legs for a while.
