I injected approximately 2.25mg of Reta last Monday. It has been destroying me. Extreme lethargy. Incredible heartburn.

What do I do? Will it get better?

Too much too fast, or a hyper responder. My initial thought fwiw.. you accidentally pinned more than 2.25mg.
Triple check COA matches the advertised mgs, and that you reconstituted correctly.
I started reconstituting 1ml for every 10mg, instead of 1ml for 20mg with Reta, so less concentrated.
The dosages are more forgiving if you're a bit off,or even if the COA is off by a few mgs cause your working with more total volume if that makes sense. And it's a more accurate dose.
I ramped up too fast in the beginning, and had the same experience. The lethargy was so bad I couldn't get a good workout in, even working my day job I had to keep taking breaks to sit. I changed the reconstitution method to the above mentioned as well as pinning 3x/wk and it's been so much better. Actually have noticed the energy people talk about now.
Obviously everything else people are mentioning to, hydration electrolytes eating enough.
Keep us updated bro, hope it subsides soon.

I actually did 2mL for what was reportedly tested to be 8.88mg. So a 0.5mL injection. But who knows. Maybe I needed to shake it more or something. The next injection will definitely be 0.25mL. Maybe even less.

I'm glad someone else had this experience though as this gives me confidence to try again. I am feeling a lot better today, but I am so behind in my work from this past week I'm going to have to push this experiment off another week.

Thank you for responding!

My goal is some fat loss, but also counteracting HGH increases in blood glucose levels.
the glps is extremely powerful even at lower dosages.

the trials you're looking at for hba1c reductions actually correlate better with bw kg lost than the actual drug itself.

looking at tirz for example

their hba1c dropped by 0.5-1% but they also lost 3-5% bodyweight with 2.5mg

and with 5mg they dropped 1% to 1.5% but they lost 5-10% bw

and the ones with 10mg lost 10-15% bw and lost 1.5% to 2% but can you see its more bodyweight(fat loss) correlacted than the drug itself in diabetic patients and fat people?

im gonna say, the trials done like this its quite bad.

but they show better improvement in weightloss and hba1c and blood glucose drops than normal people dieting losing the same number of bw.

you can compare it to someone taking testosterone.

someone can be pro off 300mg testosterone alone, while others might need 5g.

you might aswell get all the effects you need from 2mg! dont stress it. if you drop the weight you need to drop and your blood glucose is dropping to appropiate levels you dont need more.

my father used 2mg for 5 weeks and complained on the 5th week how his stomach was upset and wanted to puke.

Had him stop for 2 weeks and now do 1mg at a time and if he doesn't have bad side effects bump it up to another 1mg throughout the week.

He's overweight and I weigh way less and can handle higher doses of reta than he can. Makes no sense but this stuff hits people differently.

The bigger you are, seems like more miserable you are on Glp-1's. All the already thin people under 200 pounds taking it don't seem to have as many side effects for whatever reason unless they get too scrawny/malnourished.
I'm 235 and should be about 200. I admit it, I've turned into a fat ass at 47.

Opti. 8.88mg - 2mL. Don't understand the last question.
I find this very interesting because it sounds like I have the same batch from Opti and I’m experiencing a similar situation with my wife… Do yours have the purple tops?

For reference, I’ve been running that batch for the past 3 weeks at 6mg split M W F at 2mg doses. So far it’s been relatively effective but I also switched over from a higher dose of Sema which to me explains the need for that dosage of Reta. On the other hand, I have my wife on the same batch of Reta at 0.75mg per week, split between M W F, and she is responding very strong to it. We’re talking anything over 1mg per week and she’s nauseous, having stomach issues, and throwing up anything she eats. It’s worth noting that she doesn’t have any prior GLP-1 experience though.

I can’t exactly say it’s a bad batch considering I’m doing just fine on it and even debating increasing my dose, but I find it wild how poorly she’s reacting to it at a low dose in comparison to myself.

Yes, purple tops. I also have no prior GLP-1 experience. Not sure what this means, but apparently you're supposed to start it on 1mg per week for 4 weeks before increasing to 2mg.

I've also considered it a possibility that maybe the reason Reta has not received FDA approval is some people are sensitive to it.
