Hell even when it's break even I sometimes prefer India pharma just to get more than 3 months supply, and I prefer blister packs to archaic loose fills into bottles.

There is an existing generic Zypitamag (pitavastatin magnesium salt, so slightly different than the name brand Livalo which is calcium salt) which is expensive.
There is a new generic Pitavastatin calcium (same as Livalo, the branded drug) which is much cheaper… CostPlus has it already, so assume other pharmacies will get it soon if they don’t already have access to it.
thats a good point - I also tend to buy Indian pharma by the box (10x10 strips) and the blister packs should be far superior than typical USA pharmacy bottled loose pills in keeping out moisture for long term storage. Even if there is silica desiccant inside, eventually that gets saturated.
Not a huge deal here in the desert where I live but potentially significant in humid places like in the NE and South.
I'd say that's normally true. Government tends to move slow, but I can tell you without a doubt across the board things aren't happening slow at the moment. I'm loading up on about 3 years of all necessary PCT/Ancillaries.

What is weird is I can get Rosuvastatin for less through TelyRx and he is unable to price match. Ezetimbe is a push on cost, but if you get the combination Ezetimbe and Bempedoic Acid through his competitor it almost makes sense.
The Cilnidipine and Telmisartan combo is cheaper than either alone. I may order another 3 year supply on top of the current.

For rosuvastatin, he already bowed out on attempting to price match TelyRx.
We can get cheaper Rosuvastatin too let me know the quantity sir , some brands/products in India are pricey compared to western countries as well , sent you msg on telegram sir

Yes that is true. Almost all stones are actually uric acid stones at heart.
When you examine a typical calcium oxalate stone - known among urologists as 'black bastards' -most have a uric acid nidus (including all of mine that were examined). The crystallization of uric acid out of the urine forms the core that calcium oxalate then precipitates onto.
Calcium oxalate stones are extremely hard, sharp, and cannot be dissolved once formed. Passing even a small 2-3mm one is typically a 10/10 pain experience, and if over 4-5mm they often won't pass require extraction, lithotripsy, or some other major intervention.
I take huge amounts of citrate to alkalinize the urine to keep my (already high) uric acid levels from forming crystals. Before PEDs that was pharma potassium citrate in a wax complex to slow release, twice a day. When I began using PEDs along with ARB, my serum potassium crept up to 5.3. So I had to reduce some high potassium foods, and transition mostly to magnesium citrate which is fast release requiring frequent administration during the day ... too much at once and you can't venture far from a toilet. I take at least four mag citrate capsules a day, along with some biglycinate, so at least my magnesium needs are met. Most enhanced men need about 10mg per kg elemental magnesium per day, about 4-5 caps for a 200 lb person.

I'm on bemp.
I do a full ab ultrasound as part of my annual checkup, so far no stones.
My uric acid is low tho (below baseline), i think it has something to do with the glps.

I've used both. They're equally good. Get the right dose, both are messy splitters. Tadalista has a slightly nicer box.
If there's one med India knows how to make better than anyone, it's dick pills, lol. They produce most of the world's supply. Something like ten million a day.
I really appreciate that info because I was going to get 10’s or possibly 20’s and split for daily 5’s. Thanks man

They're coated so tend to shatter easily. Not worth the trouble.
Tadalista has been great, 5 mg every day for the past 5–6 months and everything has been smooth sailing, no side effects from day one, which honestly surprised me.
Now I am wondering, if I take two blister packs in the original packaging on an international flight, there should not be any issues, right? I am planning to bring Tadalista, Ivabradine, Bempesta EZ, Rosuvastatin, and maybe one blister of Armodafinil.
Do you think customs would care, or will they just see it mixed in with my vitamins and think I am a very committed health enthusiast?
