Just got 6 week bloods on 400mg test. Disappointed to see hematocrit and RBC pretty high. Going to try and give blood Monday morning.

I drank 2L of water before the test and drink 5L daily. 3 HIIT sessions a week. Weight is 175 pounds.

Here are the supps I'm taking. Should I adjust the doses here. Not sure the normal dose of IP6.

Nattokinase 6000 fu
IP6 500mg
Citrus Bergamot 1200mg
Krill oil 2g

Do you have iron and ferritin?

what are your iron/ferritin levels?

also i would say fuck hitt and add cardio atleast 30 mins everyday.

make sure to not only focus on hydrating x liter a day but also get your electrolytes in.

you can run aspirin, l-arginine and you already 4 other stuff to reduce clotting risks.

i would say the only time you donate blood is when hematocrit is so bad you can feel yourself having trouble breathing, your bp/heart rate is out of control.

it should be a last resort and you should check your iron/ferritin levels if you can survive it because a double red donation cant just be given here and there and then you think you can raise your iron easily again.

I don't have iron or ferritin numbers. By HIIT I mean intense cardio. Not just casual start state. Heart beat above 150.

I'm pretty 56 is usually time to dump blood? Don't really want to just wait until I feel terrible.

both the cause, of high hematocrit and fix(donating blood) needs iron and ferritin.

I am in a similar situation. My Hematocrit is 54.9 and RBC is 5.97. Hemoglobin is normal. I donated blood on 7/1 so my ferritin is low (iron is normal).

BP is fine. I am taking most of the above. 8k Natto, Krill, Arginine and IP6. Staying very hydrated. Gonna ride this out for a few more weeks and redo labs. I might have been a little dehydrated on my last labs.

I'm hoping this lab is a fluke but not counting on it. I'm going to up the nat and IP6. But I know the IP6 can reduce iron/cause anemia. So need to watch that with the blood donation Monday.

My BP is great hasn't been an issue. Bummer cause I was wanting to up the AAS dose this week.

I just realized I've also been running TNE at 50 mg pwo 4-5 days a week. I wonder if the hormone spike is causing issues.

Cutting that out.

I do 10k FU natto daily. Plasma viscosity. Fibrinogen.

Long term you will have to lower your dose to address RBC generation term.
Do you take this all at once on a empty stomach? I'm way behind, I only take 2000 but my H is only 50.6%. Higher than I want but not horrible considering.
