Factors like stress, alcohol consumption and more can affect aromatase activity though

No, I'm definitely the reverse. I needed AI on 500mg of test when I started, now i don't need AI upto 1200mg

Have you gained a little extra fuff lately? Or taking anything else which is making you more sensitive to estrogen?

Over time u get “used to” some forms of ai not sure if all of them u gonna have to check also bodyfat %etc mby underdosed gear before or oposite now too many options
