Lower belly fat

Hi guys,

I'm cutting now for 2 months I started at 20-22% bf and now I'm sitting around 10-12%. The problem is lower belly is not going. I just don't want to continue my cutting diet anymore just becuz I keep losing fat from everywhere but lower belly. I need to find a solution to this as fast as possible. My suspicions so far are high cortisol and poor sleep quality. You guys have any advice? The drugs I'm using so far: Test c 250mg/week( split in 2 pins), tren ace 176 mg/ week ( split in 3 pins) GH 8-10 IU / day. And I'm running other supplements to control my blood pressure and other variables to keep my health. I need your help to get rid of this lower belly forever.

There's really not that much fat there, at least not...
It’s hard to say but I would wonder about (even with the SLU and T3) you slowing your metabolism down with this much of a deficit and no re feeds.
I’m aiming for a refeed day every four days, depending on my sleep and energy levels. Fat loss just takes time, but the stubborn belly fat I had is at least starting to shrink.

yeah if you have been in a deficiet for awhile trying to force it off the answer is some high carb refeeds and do even less fat on those days. also fbg would be good to know. maybbe the HGH is fucking you with the increase of FBG and water retention
20k steps is a lot, maybe you just gotta chill for a few days and get back at it depending on how long youve been cutting,
Why do you say be on a glp1 forever?
personally i wouldnt go off and on repeatedly like for cutting cycles, im just guessing its not good for your bodies regulation, but i dont know anything, just my opinion

Only reason I would go off is to try and reset receptors so you’re (I’m) not on a high dose forever.

Like, I know when my body shuts it down. When that happens, for a couple of days I refeed it. The problem is that you cant melt that fat in 1 day, consistency is key...

I just wonder how my belly could ever shrink enough to look like Ronaldo’s. The guy doesn’t seem to have a gram of fat there, while you could literally grab a chunk from mine loll

I'm going to be a bit of a contrarian here, and I might ruffle some feathers, but the reality is that, in bodybuilding terms, you're still fat. Many serious bodybuilders would consider your current body fat percentage as their peak off season.

Right now, the last thing you should be worrying about are refeeds or "metabolism slowdowns." At this stage, your metabolism isn't crashing or slowing down, you’re just being impatient. It's a common misconception to overestimate how lean you really are, and it’s causing you to rush the process and have unrealistic expectations.

What you truly need is consistency and precision with your diet. That means eating the exact same foods every day, no guess work. Precision is the foundation here.

Diet your ass off for a few weeks, and then reassess. Maybe then should you consider incorporating higher carb "refeed" days to help replenish glycogen and support training performance.

Appreciate the objective information

thought about DCA injections? could lose you about 2 percent permanently

Running all alpha yohimbine + GH+ cardarine + Slu + tta multiple times throughout the day. Keeping the cortisol low and getting quality sleep. I will post the change in the lower belly within a week here.
Notice much from TTA? Went through a few bottles during a good cut but wasn’t sure that helped much or not
