In regards to tracking, here is what I think about it to the best of my understating, and what I shared with reps on other boards and customer support to explain to customers. Also, this is why some people may already receiver their pack even before tracking is available.
Tracking is usually available from 2 - 4 weeks after the order has shipped.
This does not add any additional delay to the delivery itself (the pack is moving in the postal system even if tracking info has not been uploaded to the Basicstero computer system yet).
Tracking is not provided until after a point that allows for increased safety of the shippers and warehouse staff.
Also, please understand that once the tracking is authorized to be issued, it must be manually uploaded by a staff member to each corresponding order in sequence, worked through in a queue (like a line awaiting each order's turn); this means depending on order volume, the workload for the staff may vary. When the tracking information for the order is uploaded, it will appear on the order details page in your Basicstero account.

My last 2x orders always been a delay with tracking numbers, other orders been issued 7 days after shipment sent
Have all the packs successfully arrived?

You guys have been at this for 10 years, so if there is a solution I'm sure you have the contacts to make it happen. Keep raising the prices until some manufacturer finally cracks. With enough money anything is possible.
So, that WSJ article is specifically about the sources of the bootleg fentanyl producers rather than of pharma chemicals overall. I don't know if the same companies killing people with their shit fentanyl are also the sources of the anabolic raws we're concerned about. Maybe so. But also note that the article is a year old and until very, very recently I've seen no problem getting anabolics from several other sources who have threads here on this site, nor have those sources reported any trouble whatsoever getting those raws. Prices have not risen either, at least not with the other sources I'm looking at. I guess what I'm asking is if anybody knows if sources of anabolic raws are specifically being targeted or not. If they are, then as far as UGLs are concerned, we are all fucked. Doesn't matter which raws source they use.
Also, just to say it, yes Pharmacom is more expensive than many other sources. They always have been, it's not just a recent phenomenon. But they're honest, their product quality has always been high, at least in my own personal experience, and they're solid and reliable on making sure you get what you paid for in a timely manner. That's why I have continued to use them even at the same time I've used other cheaper sources, simply because those cheaper sources are not always reliable about either their product or their shipping. Just know that if you go to the Pharmacom site yes, the prices might make your eyes water a little. But you'll get what you paid for and you'll get it reliably and quickly. Well, I always have anyway.

Received email order shipped 27/7/2025… just received an email tracking number & guess what? You’ve only just shipped on 13/8/2025 when reality only shipped it 5 days ago now gotta wait more bloody days I’m not ordering from this company no more. I’m fucking done.

I think you may be mistaken about when your pack shipped.
It ships when the status updates to "order shipped."Keep in mind, depending on the destination, shipping method, and path it travels, the pack may go to through the European middle-point.
If you ordered intl to Europe or the UK, the pack will likely utilize the European middle-point to increase the success rate.
You may not always see tracking steps from before the European middle-point, but the pack has been moving from the warehouse to Europe during this time. You can know this by the fact that the tracking will only start showing steps in Europe, but an international pack started its journey in Asia.
When going through the EU middle-point tracking will not show the steps prior to the EU point. The pack may be traveling to the EU middle-point from Asia but will not show updates until in switches postal services and is on the way from the EU to the final destination.
In my experience such packs usually take a few weeks to reach the EU middle-point, then move from there to reach the final destination. Of course, other factors such as holidays or postal service delays etc. can make international time-frames vary.
Therefore, the source did ship it when they said they shipped it, and everything is moving through the postal system as usual.
Please tell me this (I remember you recently saying that you had many orders and qualified for the loyalty discount), approximation how many orders have you made from this source?
And, of all those orders, how many have never arrived (where you endured a complete loss, meaning not even a reship arrived)?

I am sure there will be some more people in denial and accusing me of making it all up. Although the situation is terrible for someone, such as myself, who depends upon the business for his or her income, and there is zero benefit for me to make up stories, their cognitive dissonance (or is it cognitive impairment?...) and want for it to be another way are more powerful than reported facts and reasoning.
Killing the messengers won't change reality, but some seem to have an emotional need to lash out at someone when they don't like a situation.

I'm sure I could figure this out on my own, but I'm lazy so I'm asking. Can people in the US order from the other warehouses? I know this would mean a long transit time with possibilities of it getting snagged at at the border, but the prices are so much lower.
I'm about to make an order from the US warehouse but if it's allowed I may make a future order from one of the other warehouses to save a little money.
