Best break down of oils solvents etc

Following a recipe is great, it's easy. But does anyone have a blog post, youtube video anything where they run through the pros/cons, hows and whys we actually use these items?

Lets say I have zero allergies to any of the ingredients. Why would one use BB instead of the stronger solvents? why do we use ethyl oleate, or Guaiacol, or benzyl benzoate/ Mig840 or mig(whatever the other one is) instead of just using MCT and the solvent?

Sorry, I'm an idiot and I know this, I'm just looking to become less of an idiot.

I've realized I have a bit of an allergy to MCT oils. lumps last longer than they should. a bit of discomfort usually comes 24 hrs after pinning and lasts for quite a while.

So, I've been going through some different brewing trying to figure things out, and I was wonderfing why not supersolvent everything all the time lol. I know some say its a health concern, many say this has never been proven with evidence. I don't get bothered by the smell of things like guaiacol.

surely theres been a post or video somewhere about all of these things. telling me not to use x as it goes rancid quicker. That Y is good for thining out the oils but its best to use a small amount of this and the rest can be z. That 20% BB is not required for every damn oil brewed etc. Just a good source going more in depth to these carrier oils and solvents etc.

What are you pinning that gives PIP?
Strong solvents like guaiacol cause pip, raises hsCRP and is toxic.
Oil is generally not toxic, high BB/BA may cause PIP to some.

Ideally it's oil, bb, ba.

You start off first by deciding what oil you want to use.
Sampei has a good writeup on oil shelf live.

The amount of BB/BA is then determined by the oil you use.

If the oil is thick(castor), you use more BB/BA to thin it out so you don't need huge needles. Either that or you can mix with a thinner oil.

If you're brewing higher concentration stuff, then use more bb/ba. Some oils have stronger solvent properties (EO/MIG840), thus you can use less bb/ba.

2/20 works for pretty much everything (except high concentration gear).
It's not needed, but it makes life easier than memorizing recipes for every AAS.

MIG812/840 are just variants of MCT.

I greatly appreciate you coming right off the back and just offering help and giving answers, but a lot of my questions were just hypotherical. the type of thigns im hoping would all be covered in a single source. Im just looking for a source maybe a writeup or youtube vid whatever where someone went into a deep dive over all of these aspects. of the brewing materials (oils solvents etc)

the pip is caused by MCT for me. the solvents and other oils I've used and purchased I've had no noticable issues with. just oils I've purchased or brewed with MCT

Sadly no writeup.
You can search this forum for posts by some brewers like Narta.

All of it is just bits and pieces over the forum, which gets improved upon via trial and error.

And yes supersolvents are toxic.
Try pinning it, it'll PIP you.
Then do labwork and see.

I guess thats one way to do some self research lol

Yea, I've been getting the info little by little jumping thread to thread, rabbit hole to rabbit hole. sometimes I come across info that seems should be in every brewers guide but only comes from plenty of reading and research. so thouht maybe there was an evem more comprehensive writeup on 'non-active' compounds in these recipes

It's different for everyone.
Majority, if not all use MCT, no pip.

For some it gives PIP.
Try a different oil then.
I think monkey has GSO.
Yes, I've tried a few of them. GSO works well for me, so i'll be sticking with that one. again, i wasn't really asking for the answer, but more just to give examples of what type of info I was hoping to be in that writeup that seems to may not exists :-(

Good man. Keep reading.

I. Q: Why use BA & BB in the minimum amount necessary over other solvents? A: Long-term data and safety. II. Q: Why not use Ethyl Oleate (eats thru stoppers if carrier is 100%. except silicone ). Guiacol? Ethyl Lactate - both are GRAS but ask why are 99%+ of UGLs not using these aside from cost? Mig840? -Seems ideal until it goes in your keester, sir. Maybe it doesn't hurt you but it did me with HRT test cyp (tried in 2020 maybe).
A: Even with BA and BB anabolics and other parenterally injected compounds formulated and research have (to my best understanding) not been tested the way PED users do. MCT oil is available in palm form and not from coconut. That may help, but MIg-840 to me is shit unless someone has a way to use it transdermally and that seems to be an esoteric persuit.
