I think this is the case too, I've had great service from her in the past so it's not an angry jab or something it's just something I've noticed, details getting missed, delay in response.
It's like she started hanging out with BG pharma guy and found he had a cool style and started mimicking him but still kept majority of her personality true to herself.
But like they said the other day new hirings are on their way, which should be needed, these sales reps must be getting massively spammed.

To add more data points:
I've also used 40IU kits from another vendor without issue.
Same with high-concentration GLP-1s.
I used to refrigerate my BAC, but stopped doing so a few years ago when I noticed some peptide(s) reconstituted slower when the BAC was cold.
I wait to refrigerate my reconstituted vials until fully dissolved. I flip the vial a few times and add in some swirls for good measure (mostly the vial but sometimes myself).

Agreed. Just wondering since there are many other labs out there that are second to Jano.
Pricelist says Deca 250mg/ml, but the listing says Deca 200mg/ml... so which one are they selling now??

I believe its pip free even at 500.
The 300 is very likely to be underdosed, but not 100% sure.
