So, by this logic, everything has already been figured out. If any group of people learn something new, and change their ways of doing things, they are suffering mass psychogenic illness.And you too cannot find a single post from the 2010s discussing an issue that apparently is so obvious everyone has always known about since the dawn of time.

Atamestane, 1-methyl-boldione, is not a metabolite of Primo. It can't be since it does not possess a 5α core and Schänzer's human metabolism data clearly does not include it.
Primo's an AI, and this isn't unique. All the 5α-reduced metabolites of testosterone, from DHT to 3α-diol, inhibit aromatase. Every steroid ever studied for its interaction with aromatase shows inhibition.
What makes Primo and Mast so effective at treating breast cancer is in part this aromatase inhibition but also the androgen effect on preventing estrogen uptake into breast cells.

This seems odd to me. I've used shitloads of all these drugs mentioned over the past 20 years. Never have I experienced crashed estrogen.
Is it possible that the effects of these DHT derivatives are simply not that strong versus modern aromatase inhibitors? I have been unable to find any measurements of estrogen reduction of any of them, including drostanolone.
There have been many people on this thread who have claimed drostanolone in fact does not affect estrogen levels in any way.
In your opinion, is it possible that there is substantial variance in response to these different DHT derived drugs?
