Aas ans anti histamine

So I had since 2020 serious bothering from polyps in my nasal cavity together with inflamed sinuses.
July 2024 I had surgery to have the polyps removed.
Doc said that I have to take the nasal spray lifetime to prevent polyps from
Coming back.
In January I started as usual my hey fever pills since I am only allergic to tree pollen and not the grass.
But the funny thing is that in June when I stopped the pills due to tree season being ended, my nose is mostly closed in 1 hole and sleeping with the cpap is a lot harder due to this. My mask only covers my nose. Might ask for a full mask next time.

Could it me that taking ass makes my sinuses inflamed and I would benefit from taking the hey fever pills year round?

It does got worse when I cycle on tren and Trestolone. (Not taken together, different cycles)
Simply trt it seems better.

Sorry for a long story but I wanted to ask anybody’s experience here before I go back to the doc. The nose doc doesn’t know about the aas. My gp does.

In my case ....the nose doc gave me Prednisone for 5 days....
Started high dose and gradually smaller till the end ....

Orally NAC for 1 month....alongside

And your nose got open again?
Before the surgery I always had a course of 14 days medrol which is practically the same 3 times a year. It did work very good yes.
I really hope I don’t have to start taking that again.
It’s supposed to be very harsh on the adrenal glands. And together with aas it impacting them even more.

Apparently you get nose boners on Cialis. @Ghoul explained to me that the capillaries open up so much that the increased blood flow in the nasal passage causes it to swell, causing congestion. He says it will pass as your body adapts to the drug.

I'm still waiting. Only been about a week. At least the congestion isn't an all day thing.

Can take up to a month (usually less than 2 weeks). But if you stop taking it and start again later you've got to go through it all over again, so hang in there.

And op should stay the heck off GH. It accelerates polyp growth when you're susceptible to it.

That's my case.... I'm not taking it regularly.

Before I went to daily Cialis, the choice was always Viagra blue vision and a headache, or Cialis head cold and often didn't start working until the day after I needed it.

Cialis definitely doesn't help. My nose always gets congested for a while when I lie down. Been on cialis for years.

There's a few interesting threads there that explain how AAS increase histamine activity. A high protein diet does as well. Worth looking into.

Got enough bottles of prednisone lying around from
Previous times. Just wanting to know if I can take it while on cycle. I always had to take it for 15 days and every 5 days go lower in dose.
