FYI the machine that quest uses for ultrasensitive estradiol is down. Expect delays in those coming back (like 15 working days).

He just messaged me back for store credit. I sent him what I sent above. I do have the full two pages of all the other blood markers but in my opinion I didn’t think those were necessary for showing the effectiveness of Primals testosterone.
Not sure how Quest measured my estrogen but I did my blood test yesterday Friday at 0700 and got my results this morning.
That would be nonsensitive. Even when they're not having issues it's 5 days minimum more like seven for sensitivie e2 to come back
Okay just curious, how “off” on average would the two different machines be if you know?

Everything I've seen has shown that the non-sensitive (usually ECLIA or whatever) seems to trend higher than the same blood using a sensitive test. How much higher prob can vary, and by a good bit, but I don't think I've seen any non-sensitive tests read lower than sensitive FWIW.

yup. Usual t/a I’ve seen for u/s E2 is 5 to 10 days. IGF-1 even longer sometimes. Hopefully they get their shit together. One of the many downsides of having a duopoly in this space.
Isn’t it more than 1 machine they use for diff states ?
I already got my estrogen test back came back at 55 which is fairly good 15 points about normal high range

Not for "Estradiol, Ultra sensitive, LC/MS". They only had one left, in San Juan Capistrano, CA, and the tech was so overworked she probably sabotaged the machine.

For most tests, yes. And they used to have one more for the ultra E2, but that one went away in the last few month too.
