This BP monitor from Amazon was recommended by a bodybuilding YT channel as it comes with an XL cuff that fits up to 21" arms. I've got ~20.5's these days, and it fit with some room to spare. It would probably work for people up to 22" if I had to guess.

Just found this replacement cuff that goes up to 24 inches so if anyone needs a replacement that seems to be a well liked choice.

You need to look back at least 3 months to get clear picture. Lifetime of an erythrocyte about 100 days.

It’s always high and if u catch up on the thread I was coming from post show and off a off-season blast but I shown my numbers from last year and they are same just going to dump some blood

Few months no issues here.

Start where you want but 1-2mg a week is fine IMO to start with

I bought 20mg bottles from a different vendor at the beginning of summer and am sipping it at 2mg a week. Still on my first bottle that I reconstituted June 26th and it's still effective.

Dosage probably depends if you've been on a glp-1 before or if this is your first go.

I started at .5mg the first week, 1mg the next week, then 2mg a week after that. In the studies they seem to have people titrating up in 2,4,6,8,10,12, with several weeks at each stop.

Depending on your goals, you might not need to go up very much. Appetite suppression started at the 3rd week and I've not been able to eat more than 1,500 calories a day. Literally living on half gallons of fairlife fat free milk, egg whites, walnuts and rice. Those are the only foods I can get down.

Exceed your protein min and you'll be fine. Tons of people bulking on reta.

That's a complicated question. Depends on what you're trying to do with them.
