I think i figured it out today. No pain st all 12 hours after inject.

What a glorious day. Pip GONE. Test flu (I think thats what it was anyway) GONE. Hit first monster leg day, zero strength lost after not training it since start of cycle.

Nice. You were probably hitting the glute before. Lots of blood vessels and nerves there. A lot of guys swear by it - holds lots of oil. I don't mess with it. <3 VG

check bloods first. are you seeing water retention?

you will hold on much more glykogen than natural somit will be also that.

Don't use AI's by "feels". Good way to crush your E2. A little water retention is normal and good. You need that extra water for growth. It's when the water starts to spill out of your muscles and into the subcutaneous space that we call it "bloating". And even that is fine, just can be mildly uncomfortable/unsightly.

YOu're not even at the 4 week mark so your serum concentrations aren't stable yet. Getting bloodwork now would probably be a waste of money unless you are getting side effects that prevent you from living and training normally. Six weeks would give a better picture of what's happening but if you're in a rush (idk why you would be?) you can test at 4 weeks.

Stay the course. Your body is modulating itself with the extra androgens. Give things some time to equalize then get bloods and reassess at 6 weeks.

Why would getting estrogen numbers help? If you are exhibiting high estrogen symptom, knowing the exact numbe4 wont really help you, because theres no exact calculatiom of like, this much ai chops your estrogen this much. So at this point I have weight gain, oilyness, some acne, some gyno flare up. I think I will pop .5 ai, maybe and/or 60mg ralox. Is this not what I'd do upon recieving the bloodwork anyway? for one, you will have reference point.
at xy dose of test you have xx and yy test/estorgen levels.
at yy level of estrogen you have this or that side effect and feel this way.

i can see that. but whatever, i think its unique learning experience/opportunity. i was super curious just few months back about my reaction. did maybe 5-6 blood tests and im always curious about results.

I agree here. First of all assuming your using an enanthate ester, it takes like 4-5 weeks to get stable peak serum levels. Pre cycle, I had higher E2 and gyno from obesity and I feared gyno too but that doesn't mean you'll get it.

Even if your bloodwork shows higher E2 which is normal on 500mg of test, if it's within a good ratio with your test and you have no symptoms, don't use an AI. Plus you have a medication (raloxifene) that avoids gyno at the receptor level.

So unless you get insane water retention/moon face/Bp issues/libido/mood instability you shouldn't tank or lower it. It's very useful on cycle to have a good dose of E2 if you get no sides. may would love not having the hassle of dosing an AI and have to balance E2 every time they titrate their doses. I'd only suggest an AI if you have definite serious symptoms that warrant it. Plus primo should keep it closer to a reasonable range

My nuts havent actually shrank that much I dont think, I think I imagined it

I think I definitely have a bit of that "steroid" look coming on, my shoulders have definitely bulged a bit more than ever before. Lifts arent actually shooting up much anymore though

Acne getting a bit bad, always had some but now getting pimples in places I never used to like my chest

The dick thing is really annoying, I do disagree that steroids dont help you get girls because I have been having that effect, but could be and I guess likely is placebo. I have a hard time keeping an erection and also cumming last few times though which is unbelievably irritating

Hair isnt affected as far as I can tell

Face bloat Ive heard about is not noticeable

Going forward I am gonna continue arimidex .5 per injection day, and cialis. Gonna add primo if my dick dont wakeup

now you can see that dialing estrogen isnt that easy even on simple test only blast.
retest e2, adjust ai, wait for new baseline, retest etc...

and you wanna add primo? it will be probably harder to adjust, E ester will take month until somewhat stable levels etc.
