Are nipples considered "adult" content as per the TOS? Per prior US case law history IIRC nipples are fine but genitals are porn.

Seems like the OP did about as tasteful a job as he could but I have seen lots of nipples on the site. Would a vendor showing nipples be violating the TOS? Are nipples G2G?
