Hi guys and a few gals. I spent a few months lurking and am joining up to participate. I'm happy to have found a good forum for mature discussion. I've seen how the kids are on the internet these days and I want no part of it.
Me, I'm 45M and my wife just popped out our last baby so I'm less worried about protecting my fertility. I'm planning on TRT for the rest of my life with occasional blasts. I'm currently 250 pounds and ~30% body fat so first goal is losing weight and getting back into shape after a few years of being a fat slob.
What I do:
I got my BJJ blue belt 20 years ago and just recently got back on the mats. I just started lifting in my garage a couple weeks ago. My grip strength is pretty good; I can squeeze 165lbs on a grip dynamometer. I can close a COC #2 with either hand and am pretty close to closing the 2.5.
Current Stuff:
- tirzepatide 7.5mg/week
- testosterone 200mg/week
- HGH 4iu/day
- BPC/TB/GHK-Cu daily
- SS-31/MOTS-c/NAD+ cycles
Planning on an aggressive cut and then start putting muscle back on. I'm in it for the long haul.
